The girl with long black hair, I think her name was Valentina, wasn't helpful at all. I came in looking to switch to Metro from a different provider but it felt like she couldn't care less if I became their customer or not. I had to basically pull the words out of her in order to get any information. So I just left with nothing.

I went in to buy a new phone I got excellent service and a welcoming environment . Pooja customer service was above and beyond! I highly recommended these store thank you for all your help Pooja!

The young female in the store withe straight black hair and long nails has a terrible attitude. I always went to this metro be sure the service I was impeccable. She had such a bad attitude her co worker had to step in and handle my situation. 2 different times the nice man working with her had to ask her to stop yelling at the customer service people on the phone. I just don't understand why you would ruin such a good store with such a bad young worker? The store has a good reputation, everybody in there is such a good worker and has such good customer service and she couldn't even get through customer service because her attitude they hung up on her. She even went to the extent of having my account shut down and closed. She kept the sticky note with my account information and pin number. I wouldn't recommend going to the store.Watch out she's a psycho!!!
