Got ripped off... Was supposed to be added to my girlfriend's Unlimited Plus account, which included Amazon Prime... Instead, I was added on her account as a Starter plus he added insurance and voice to text voicemail without my knowledge... Also, I paid $50.00 upfront to be added... Got a call from my girlfriend and they added an additional $20.00 again without letting me know... $70.00 total, will be contacting Customer Service and then my attorney

What a man this guy Akash. Love his energy and his positiveness. Helped me with every thing that I had issues with, felt like a therapy while talking to him. Kudos to Metro for having this guy. Keep doing good work my man

had a very disappointing experience at this Metro by T-Mobile location. I am 82 years old and went in to purchase a phone. The employee who helped me a dark skinned Indian gentleman was initially helpful, but I later found out he added a tablet to my account without informing me. I did not ask for or authorize this. When I returned to the store because I was having issues with the phone, he spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which was completely uncalled for and disrespectful, especially considering my age. No one deserves to be treated that way.
