I won't go back to that store because there they charge more, they don't charge the price, that is, they always say a different price and you come back again and they always apologize. I'm tired of the many apologies that are asked for a lot.

Terrible service, we wanted to put a modem in the house and from the moment we installed it, nothing has worked and we have already gone to the store to cancel the service but they refuse to do so and they only restart it and return it to us and no matter how much we explain to them that too We have restarted it and we do step by step what we are told, they do not pay attention to us and they only answer in a mocking way as if we did not know anything just because we come from Mexico and the girl answered that in Mexico we do not fight because everything is for cable are rude people who don't really know how to deal with customers and are partly not trained to know what is happening with the service.

@Nancy Lechuga ... the "girl", that was at the store when I was there, was the ONLY reason I recommend someone to go. EVERY question I asked, She answered, all while still running the rest of the store, i.e.... helping other customers, inventory, answering the phones. She's the only reason I would go back. Oh, "A.K.", was cool.

WORST EXPERIENCE I WENT TO ADD 1 MORE LINE TO MY PLAN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT THAT THIS OLD PLAN WAS ALREADY AND THAT I COULD NOT DO IT THAT I HAD TO OPEN A COMPLETELY NEW ACCOUNT I LEFT THERE AND TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING THAT I WOULD GO TO ANOTHER STORE I SPOKE TO COSTUMER SERVICE AND I BELIEVE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THOSE COMPLAINTS FROM THAT STORE THAT THEY ARE SELLING THE CELL PHONES BADLY TO GET MORE MONEY OF COURSE THAT I REPORTED THEM AND THEIR STORE I WENT TO ANOTHER METRO PCS TOOK THE AGENT ONLINE FAST THEY HELPED ME THEY ADDED ME MY LINE D 4 THEY TALKED ABOUT MY 4x100 DISCOUNT AND THOSE IN THIS STORE ALLEGED THAT IT DID NOT EXIST. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE GO TO OTHER STORES THEY ARE DOING BAD MANAGEMENT TO EARN MORE OR TALK TO COSTUMER SERVICE YOURSELF THEY WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU THE TRUTH

I have been a customer of this company for 8 years, on September 2 I activated an unlocked cell phone in this branch and they charged me 25.00 dlls, when I said that my payment was cash they charged me 20.00 dlls more and also refused to give me my receipt.

One of the worst experience in my life! The guy oversold me a phone, that after I called customer service they told me I should’ve paid only like $90 because it was a free phone, instead he charged me $300 and gave me some accessories that I didn’t even needed nor requested!! The worst part is that I did not get a receipt! I requested several times and the guy gave me excuses that the printer did not work or whatever, this guy scammed me! DONT BUY ON THIS STORE unless you like to get robbed. I’m evaluating to the BBB, this shouldn’t be legal
