I went here last Sunday around 10 am, the 2 men working behind the counter helped me out so much. I had a broken phone and thought I was going to pay a bunch of money to get a new one but they gave me a good deal with a case and screen protector all for under $200. Even upgraded my plan for me and threw in some winter gloves as a gift. Thank you for helping me!

I returned a phone in less than 24 hors and they refuse to give me my money back!!!Yesterday 08/29/2023 I purchase a phone A14 a ,64 gb. The lady told me that the glass protector is free. I was informed that there would be no taxes on the purchase - means discount. I asked for a charger.I was charged 363$!!!I checked the value of the phone today 08/30/2023 on Amazon is 188$, on Metro PC store is 239$!So I was charged extra 127$!!! But not sure for what.I look inside the bag she give me. There was very cheap headset, the charger, and a small patching behind the phone gadget. But 127$. I was thinking she activated something on the phone. So I called Metro PC and they advised me to go to the store and request why are those charges. And request refund.I drove there and request to return the phone with the entire bag she gave me.She refused!!!The girl who was helping me call the girl from yesterday. The girl from yesterday talk to her in Spanish, and somehow they opened the drawer decided to make me quit with,84$!!! She was trying to give me cash back! I refuse this. You can see the video.I asked why I was charged extra. The lady self made a receipt where type "upgrade" price 157$, and she give me a discount.I was treated like stupid.Receipt was refused, refund was refused for the difference. Those girls refuse to let me return the phone, saying that this is "not a new phone"! I purchased last night, what do you mean it is not New?I left everything inside the store and left. Look at the video!I called the customer service and he reactivate my old phone.He told me that I should have been allowed to return the phone without any problems.However this store has still my 363$!!!!Horrible. Cunning, dishonest. Do not advice.I hope I get my money back!

Dude ripped me off. Nothing has prices on it. Said charger was $45 but he’d give me $15 off. Still overpriced at $30 for a car charger. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to get ripped off

Iveth was helping me!I will start with the fact that the store is clean, tide, well organized, and has a variety of phones.I would love to write this review because Iveth made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer . She responded to all my questions and gave me all the options available. Iveth was really professional and remained friendly and polite. I would give her 10 ? if I could. It's really rare to find kindness and professionalism in one person. Really, she is a great addition to the business of this store! I definitely recommend that the store and the service of Iveth. I drove from Thornton, and I don't regret it . I will come again!

Mario worked at this Store the day we got our phone and our internet. He was amazing in helping us get everything together and he got us a plan that worked for us. I appreciate how attentive and respectful he was he sold us without over asking us and made sure we got the best service " Guys go to metro off federal and 44th.

Today, 10-9-2021 between 3:30 and 4:00 pm I went to this store to ask for help with my account. The woman behind the counter was short with me and not helpful. I left because of her attitude. Hard to say what the problem was. I wasn't rude to her and didn't ask for anything unreasonable.

Where do I begin. Came in today to pay my bill. Jessica was incredibly rude. Asked her about ebb program and was told it was ghetto and a waste of time. I have 5 kids and unfortunately need the assistance. Horrible attitude and told me to figure it out.

I desperately needed a new phone. I was lucky enough to have Daniel help me with the selection and data transfer. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and provided absolutely impeccable customer service. This will definitely be my new Metro store. Kudos on this exceptional team member!!!
