I went into pay several phone bills, the mail mind the counter stated he didn’t have change for 100 and I stayed in, but you’re not gonna give me back the 70 from the hundred because I have other phone bills to pay here and he sat there and tried to explain that he still didn’t have change for 100 but I had no understanding at seven cell phone bills to pay and I was going to give him quite a few hundred dollars in the return would be about $15. After was all said and done, but he was still in confidence that I had to walk out. without paying my cell phone bills

I feel like Im just not the right shade of beige for this store. Just because I am a lighter shade than you are, does not mean I don't understand the language you are speaking or the body language or the direct refusal to be helpful to me AT ALL.

I would not recommend this to anyone. Metro has bad service area and customer service support does not help with issues. They will run you around until you finally get so sick of it you have to walk away.

Better training is needed at this location. I went to a different metro to retrieve my account number because location did not want to help. I use to work with metro not far from where i work now and they started a mandatory walk in with ID in order to get your account number; If your phone is not usable or is lost or stolen. That is why they ask for your ID the first time you sign up with them. The fact that this rep withhold my information from me, The account owner is unacceptable. I currently work for different location and I occasionally will get their customers. This profession is a very customer oriented workspace. If you do not do well with people I do not recommend for you to look into this field as a phone rep service provider.

I ported my number and was told my phone was compatible so no need for a new free device.(Their current promotion for porting a new account) My phone never worked as promised and they refused my free phone the same day because I physically left the store. Worst experience I've ever had. I went to Cricket and they hooked me up solid ?

Store personal temporarily suspended my second phone without my permission or autherization.Metro PCS customer service after numerous phone calls, endless hold wait times, and multiple disconnections , and endless different stories and excuses.Extremely poor and unethical customer service. They refuse to acknowledge the problemor issue a meaningful service credit.

I ported my number from cricket and decided on the new LG Stylo 6 for $20. $ 60 for the phone plan, and $22 for the activation, $102 !! I ordered a phone case with a tempered glass screen protector through Amazon for $8. The store wanted to charge me $20. I put the phone case on the phone, and while putting the screen proctor on the phone, the phone dropped on my carpeted floor, about 1 foot ! While taking the screen protector off to adjust, it was a lil crooked, to my amazement it pulled the entire screen off ! I was shocked ! I took the phone back to the store and spoke with Andy the owner ! I explained that the phone wasn't working and what happened. Andy refused to allow me to return the phone for another one ! Their policy states the customer has seven days to return the phone I purchased the phone on July 31st, I took the phone back on the 4th ! Andy refused to give me a refund !! The Owner's advice to me was to sell me insurance for the phone for $ 5 Andy also told me to wait three days ! (Without a phone ) !! releaving him of the 7 day return policy obligations !! Before I file a claim with the insurance ! He also told me how to lie & commit fraud so I could get another LG Stylo 6 phone for another $100 out of pocket !! That's $ 202 and go without a phone for 10 days of my 30 days of service !! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Metro by T-Mobile corporate, as well as LG corporate concerning my unfortunate experience with this business and owner ! Andy was very unethical, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional ! He sold me a broken phone & did not honor the 7 day return policy ! And robbed me for $102 !! I had to switch back to cricket To get another phone ! It was a Waste of time & $ dealing with Andy and his Business !!! Consumer Beware !!! The LG Stylo 6. Sucks !!!

Ivett Balmaceda! The manager from this store is always mad, rude saying that Mexican people always wants everything for free, she is ugly, and her attitude make her look uglier. Never going back to that store!
