September 10th, 2022 at approximately, 3:00 p.m. I went to this location, to activate a new phone I had received as a gift. The Hispanic male, that works there, he was very, passive aggressive, he also came across as if, his mind wasn't in the right place, as well as having a smart aleck mouth. He ended up charging, my credit card, double, and later on, my phone was disconnected, with an activation fee, that I already paid, thankfully, I called customer service, and they wavered it. I hope, to not return, to this location for anything. I usually go in and pay at the cashier for my monthly bill, but at this point, I will just pay online.

Purchased $250.00 phone. Chad couldn't figure out how to get the phone working. Sent me on my way saying to wait for a couple hours. Went back was given a second phone, same thing happened. Chad said wait awhile for it to work. Phone is still not working and Chad first promised a refund. Now he says any refund would come out of his pocket and he cannot do that. He avoids calls. I have tried to reach Stan, the manager, he will not return call. Took the phone back again, he asked when I was going to "give it up"! So I have a $250.00 phone that doesn't work and the store will not do anything!!How can I reach Metro PCS corporate office!!! Help!!!

Customer Service was great. The guy didn't charge me for the sim card which I appreciated, saved me $10.00 Solid experience all around.

I had THE best experience here! It's Friday, December 3, and Jeremie and his co-worker (didn't get his name) provided EXCELLENT customer service. They took their time helping me set up my new phone. There is also a chill atmosphere I really liked. It is a simple store, which is what I appreciate. Hey guys, have a great holiday!!!

Waited 10 min for store to open but never happened, all the while sketchy people were walking by staring at us, not a good neighborhood and it’s right next door to a grungy liquor store. Go to a different location if you want any sort of service while feeling safe.

If I can give a zero rating o would. I was with Metro since 2014 and I finally had to close account. I made a mistake of making my payment and so I ask for refund. They only gave Me partial refund. Metro told me they will refund the rest of my refund in few days and still waiting. Now they do not want to give my money since I closed my account. I even have the conversation recorded saying they owe me my money. Do not trust Metro PC they took my money
