this is my FAVORITE jewelry store (or maybe favorite store in general??). First of all, the jewelry is absolutely stunning. It is all so unique, and pieces of art. Its so much fun to just walk in there and look around (but I doubt you will be able to just go in there and walk around and not buy anything... hehe). Secondly, all of the women who work there are incredible. I've developed relationships with a lot of them -- Vicki, Emily, Olivia, Hailey -- thank you for always take the time to LISTEN to what I'm looking for, and helping me find unique beautiful pieces. I have never felt pressured to buy anything. These women are just simply amazing. I have bought a couple pieces here, and have also taken some other older pieces in for repair. Couldn't be happier :)

I was given a family ring, which needed an update and to be resized. The ring was unique and very delicate when I brought it to Metalmark. They did a fabulous job communicating my options and how they could improve the ring for more daily wear. It's beautiful! I have never seen the ring so shiny and in such great shape. I'm excited to be able to continue to wear it and pass it down another 40+ years from now.

Metal Mark exceeded all of my expectations! I went in about a month ago to look at studs - I wanted a 2nd lobe piercing, but wanted to have an idea of what I'd put next to what I currently wear in my 1st piercing. Emily spent time with me that 1st day looking at lots of options and was super helpful!A month or so later, they offered a piercing party so I signed up. I had chosen which earring I wanted, and Olivia was there to help consult on where the piercing should be so that it would fit with my current earrings & not be too close/far away. So helpful & kind!I had also been toying with buying a necklace stack for well over a year. Both Emily & Olivia were gracious with their time and let me look over a ton of options. I am picky in that I want functional jewelry that I can exercise in, play with my kids in, etc without worrying about damage. They both provided excellent service in choosing the right options for my lifestyle.Highly recommend! All of the women who work here seem wonderful, friendly, not pushy (they let me take my time), and they have a great selection & variety of price points. Such a gem!

My wife and I brought our 5-year-old in for a bracelet event to benefit her school. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Olivia in particular went out of her way to make our daughter feel special and it was greatly appreciated. Will be in again.

Visited two weeks ago on a trip to Denver. First of all, the jewelry selection was unique and gorgeous with all different price points. Olivia helped me choose an earring for my tragus piercing and even changed it for me. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was great and I can't wait to visit again.

I bought a bracelet here for my as a Christmas gift in 2021. In March 22, we had to bring it in for repair as the a stone fell out. It is August and we still do not have the bracelet back. We have repeatedly followed-up and the store has either failed to communicate back or has missed promised deadlines.For the price-point, fairly disappointed in the customer service and turnaround time. This was a pretty heartfelt gift as it was the birthstone for our firstborn and we're at the point now we are ready to return it.I hope others have a different experience.

Wow! You know that commercial that gets stuck in your head “now you have a friend in the diamond business?” Well I actually feel that way with Metalmark! The staff is so nice and helpful, and educational! Love their jewelry and the stories behind the artists! The best jewelry store in Denver!

Great store - the pieces on display are beautiful and really showcase the unique styles of various different designers. Staff is also friendly and helpful.Oh, and they also designed my custom engagement ring which I love!

Great designs. Multifaceted collection with inventive artists on display and the in-house pieces are on par with the independent jewelers. Impressive in the overall uniqueness and presentation. This place is special. Sales person was knowledgeable about every piece on hand and truly happy if I liked a $300 ear cuff or a $12,000 wedding ring (I'll post the name when I find the card, I'm so bad with names, she was as phenomenal as she was genuine). Incredible to see an organization stick to their vision of quality regardless of the sticker. Mad respect. Oh and the address is wrong here on Yelp as of today, they're off of 32nd and Tennyson now...

Love this store! Love these girls!There is such a great collection of designers and styles to pick from. I always feel welcome when I walk in and pretty much always find something new that needs to come home with me. Great options at literally ever price point. Definitely stop by and see for yourself!

It’s so nice to have a top quality jewelry store in the neighborhood. There’s a good selection of jewelry from various designers ranging from traditional to on-trend pieces. The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I’m fortunate to have a few custom pieces as well, all beautifully designed. Love this place and will continue shopping in the future!

If you need a beautifully crafted piece of jewelry, look no further. They have stunning pieces from several different jewelry designers and the entire staff is so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Vicki is fantastic.They have a “wish list” as well so your friends, family, and spouses can shop your wish list for every occasion, although you may have a hard time not buying it on the spot.
