Went here to pick up a used Herman Miller Aeron Chair. I tried some out and picked up one I liked. When I got home, I noticed some of the foam parts were falling apart and I called the store back. I spoke to Zach Sanders, who told me I could bring it back and swap it out free of charge, or get fully refunded if I wanted. I was able to go through the rest of their selection and pick one out I really loved. Great company, with awesome customer service. I will be coming back when I next need office furniture.

We just purchased some office furniture from Jynx at Merchants at 2261 Broadway in Denver, and she was absolutely terrific to work with. She, Lexi, and Jose went out of their way to get our company set up with just the furniture that we needed, and they provided excellent after-purchase support as well! We highly recommend these folks for your office furniture needs.

Zack Sanders and his team at Merchants Office Furniture earn five stars, six if it was an option. In an incredibly quick time frame they sourced a combination of new and used pieces for an entire office (7 executive offices, cubicles, reception area and conference room). The used furniture was in excellent condition and very well priced. His team then installed all of it over a weekend so the office could be operational on a Monday morning.
