Had an exceptional experience buying at MB Denver, thanks to Griffin. It was easily the best experience i had at any car dealership and the whole team at MB Denver was amazing. We experienced a real old fashioned type of customer service at the Mercedes Benz of Denver, with Mark McGinnis as our Salesperson. I think everyone should know that Mark possesses the depth of knowledge in all Mercedes models. Mark also is patient with customers, like me, that are not computer savvy for these newer cars! I highly recommend seeking him out when your next option to purchase comes along - you will have a good experience by Mark.

I initially visited the dealership after seeing the EQB online and speaking with Jacob, who was excellent on the phone and assured me he'd help me find the right fit. When I arrived, I realized the EQB was smaller than I needed. Thankfully, Tony stepped in, and I ended up "going big and going home big" with a car that was perfect for the family!

Matt is your go to salesperson at Mercedes Benz of Denver. Perfect combination of staying on top of you and not being overly aggressive.
Worked with me for about 4 months before we could get the car in the right price range, so he understands you will buy the car when it makes sense to you.
Post purchase he has been there for the several questions I've had since so his service continues which shows me that he understands I will want another vehicle in the future.
I highly recommend you ask for him when you stop by to purchase your next car.

I recently visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Denver and had a fantastic experience thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Mark McGinnis. From the moment I walked in, he guided me through the entire process with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm, without being pushy.
Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car at this time, my experience at the dealership left me very satisfied.

No one answers the phone. Left a message with a manager to discuss an issue and no call back. There service department supposedly fixed an issue and created another problem. Went back and suddenly there is a list of problems...I do not recommend.

My wife and I just bought a new GLE350 4matic from this dealership. Our salesman is Mark McGinnis. Mark helped us handle everything, from doing a great job pointing out the features of MB versus some other cars we were considering, not promising too much, answering every question we had in a straight-forward way. I did my research and we negotiated.But some of my figuring was wrong, and Mark was very patient. At various points in the process, I know he really went to bat for us, even after contract signing. At delivery, he spent a couple of hours showing my wife and me all of the (many, many) options we had for personlized settings. He never made us feel rushed. I could not have asked for a better buying experience, and even now Mark continues to be very responsive to our various questions.
