“So much to say about Threyda. My girlfriend originally introduced me to this company with her first purchase of a kimono. I had just lost a good deal of weight on the road to a healthier lifestyle and I needed to replace my entire wardrobe. Well Threyda offered apparel in the exact direction I wanted to go. Unique, elegant, limited quantity, wearable art that are mostly subtle enough for casual wear as well. I am currently 90% complete transforming my entire wardrobe to pretty much just Threyda. I get compliments. I like knowing that there isn't thousands of others rocking the same designs. CUSTOMER SERVICE A++ for real. I've had damaged items get replaced, I've received many heavy discounts, I've received free stuff. From the live chat portal (business hours) to immediate correspondence via email it just doesn't get any better. Threyda has got me for life.”

“So I moved away from my beloved hometown several years ago, I’ve been able to see Denver and Lakewood change so much in so many ways and for better or worse these guys embody the heart of the great things I remember from the nineties, as well as moving forward into the new decades of the millennium through their artistic expression. I feel proud to represent myself and my city in new places with their dynamic clothing. The shirt I ordered originally was out of stock but their customer service was impeccable, prompt emails from a passionate rep that really made me feel as though they cared about my investment in their brand which reflects on the artists and designers as well. We had comical chats about blinky the clown and they even sent me a killer sticker pack just to be cool. Shipping was lightning fast even to New Orleans. When I choose to rep my myself through my city and its talented creators abstract is my ride or die.

I received my shirt in about 2 weeks and the fit is just what I was looking for, no extra material around my waist and no big puffy sleeves but not restrictive when I move. I will be ordering more!”

“Hands down the best sneaker/streetwear shop in the country. The staff (Gabe is a real dude) is awesome and always creates a welcome and helpful atmosphere, which is usually the opposite for this industry. I stopped in weekly when I lived in Denver and they always kept a fresh collection of new pieces, always have great stuff in the sales section and the sneakers compete with any shop in the country. I live in NY now and they are willing to ship any sneaker available and respond in a timely manner on IG or phone call. If you care about sneakers, respect this industry and are in the Denver area you NEED to stop in.”

Looking ahead, I believe there's an opportunity for the company to enhance communication methods beyond email, especially during issue resolution processes. Nevertheless, I'm impressed with their proactive approach in rectifying my concerns. They promptly refunded me for the missing items and addressed the issue with care and understanding.

“After having bought off the rack suits for years it was time to order a custom suit for certain events. I met with Angelo at Icon Suit who provided options based upon my preferences. He is very knowledgeable of and passionate about the design and fitting process. I also ordered a custom shirt to compliment the suit. The suit and shirt were perfect so much so that I immediately ordered a sport coat and additional shirt on the spot. The fit, fabric and detail couldn’t be better. Angelo is the real deal. You will not be disappointed.”
“Always super chill and helpful staff and a neat little, low-key spot! I generally pick up online orders from here with their super convenient "pick up from warehouse" option, which is always quick, easy, painless and saves you from having to pay to get your order shipped to your house, but you can also shop most of the inventory found online in store with no problem. “This place is not just special for Denver, it compares with the best menswear shops in the U.S. The sheer volume of high-grade, hard-to-find, best-in-the-world styles and sizes here is something I’ve very rarely seen. They don’t have just a few token pairs of Iron Heart, they have stacks and stacks. Plus the staff are kind and patient, the vibe makes you want to sit down and hang out, and at the right time of day, it gets flooded with as much sunshine as a roof deck. Don’t not go here.”

She shared how passionate the founders and owners of Pendleton are; how ethical and genuinely good hearted they are and with each piece of information we kept falling more and more in love with the company and its practices. Sheila was helpful, and informative, and genuinely made us feel like family in her store.
