My experience with Megan was that she used a typical marketing template - lacked the expertise to effectively showcase a house and the ability to negotiate. She didn’t take the time to understand my perspective and was dismissive during the entire process.
I've bought and sold a number of homes and was able to compare my experience with of realtors.

Megan is incredible to work with! The Denver market isn’t easy, but she helped us through every step of the way. She is very professional when it came to representing us to the seller’s agent. She was our biggest advocate. We were aligned when it came to our wants and needs in a home. Megan is solid, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly!

Megan is the best realtor I have ever worked with. From the beginning until the closing Megan helped us through the process and pointed us to areas and property that met our guidelines. Megan is the best realtor I have ever worked with hands down. She is knowledgeable, hardworking and very, very responsive. I was an out of state buyer and Megan’s ability to use technology allowed us to buy the property without stepping foot in the door. Until I worked with Megan I always had a low opinion of most real estate agents. Megan is a rare gem in her profession.While some agents I considered gave low market appraisals for the house– an old trick that gives them an easy sale without having to work- Megan gave me the highest appraisal out of 6 agents AND THEN BROUGHT IN $11,000 more! She did it by consulting and advising us well, staging it beautifully, working like crazy to market it and negotiating well. She made the process super easy for us.Megan is the real deal. I enthusiastically give her the strongest possible recommendation.

Meg was so fun to work with. Our warm up discussion convinced me of how well informed she was of the areas of town as well as the many facets of a real estate transaction. She is an intuitive listener and found just the right place for me. She has really thought out the process and uses many tech savvy tools and approaches to make purchasing a home simple.
