Sleezy practices. They will tow your car from lots even when the businesses they serve are closed. I parked for less than three hours and got my car towed one evening.

Snake company that does business across town to maximize tow rates. wait till 4 and 5AM to tow has no warnings has no heads up has very little signage to even contact or find where location is on property absolute typical tow yard behavior, angry, upset staff with a bitter tongue when arrived on property

Do not, use this towing company, nor go into contract with them if you're a property owner or manager. They don't honor the contract. Give multiple excuses, truck's don't show up for, 5-7 hours. If they even show at all! Definitely go with a different towing company. These people are trash. When they do show up, if when you don't even call them. But don't show when they are called. make it make sense. Long story short do not do business with this company they don't honor their contracts!! Might as well not have a contract with any tow company at all if this how it works.

I don't have any 'quick thoughts'. This place is a rip off and scams you. Like I wasn't already having the worst of times and they come like a thief in the night and tow away my Jeep. They didn't notify, no registered letter that they lied about. By the time I found out where it was it was 3000 in fees.

I spoke with gadiel on the phone to have a car removed from my parking spot at my apartment. He verbally harassed me calling me a drunk and saying I didn't know what I was talking about. He has no care for anyone other than himself and deserves to be fired from this job for how he treats customers and others.

this is a money hungry company. Early this morning they towed cars from the Westford condominiums. It turns out that four of the vehicles towed belong to residents and to belong to Colorado Christian University students who live in Westford condos. They have permission to be there and there is a list that showed that they were authorized. The residents were very angry. If this is the only way a company can make money, then I would have nothing to do with a company like that. the Westford condos just got a new HOA and from what I'm hearing they don't know what they're doing.

This is 100% a scam company. My truck got towed (unreasonably) from my own apartment complex. I believe they call this spot and look towing. Where a tow truck aimlessly drives around and looks for random people to tow. I was unfortunately a victim of this type of towing. I've been parking in this spot for over 3 years. Luckily I have a tracker on my truck so I was able to find out they towed it. I showed up the next morning right at opening, they seemed surprised which led me to believe they were gonna sit on the truck and just collect the lot fees until I figured out who towed it. 260$ later I got my truck back. These assholes definitely scam you for as much money as they can get, with all their bullshit fees and such. Be aware when dealing with this company.

I was towed at 5am on a Saturday morning from the private parking lot of my apartment complex. It cost me $302 because of "after hours tow." Cost of mileage was astronomical. Their impound lot was not very close. I feel violated that my car was towed from the parking lot of where I live. Apartment management was of now help, but that's for another review. (who knows if they are getting kick backs) I spoke with the courtesy patrol and discovered that they do not place fluorescent colored stickers on cars stating some kind of vehicle violation. It is the towing company that is lurking around in the middle of the night searching for any reason to mark your car for towing. I researched towing from private lots and found an article referencing "patrol towing" and "roam towing." It is illegal in some states. I am seeking clarification from law enforcement to see if this practice is illegal in CO. Here is the article. If you experienced something similar, please message me.
