Absolutely the worst experience.. ordered three windows for three different projects. Was told 3-4 weeks. 4 months later all we get are runaround answers. Can't produce purchase orders, shipping updates or anything substantial outside of "should be on this truck" a dozen times. Blames the manufacturer, but ordered from the same one from home Depot and received in three weeks. All around fail on every level.. avoid.

Awesome Place to get siding and other exterior products. Dave always goes out of his way to get us what we need on budget and on time. We really like the short wait, if at all, to get orders picked and get my crews on the road. The Z Double B team uses Max as one of our preferred vendors.

Everyone at Max seems to care about my companies success. I love the heartland provia, vinyl siding. I had a customer a couple weeks ago call max, looking for an extra tube of caulk. The job had been finished by our crews, all cleaned up and gone. Bill, over at max took a tube of caulk to my customer. Great customer service-!! Now I know why they call it max, for maximum service. A dieing thing these days.
