The mattress salesman is extremely knowledgeable. This guy really knows his stuff. And he seems genuinely interested in the topic. Friendly and professional. Good listener, not pushy. His name is Taylor. I rarely fill out these surveys but he went above & beyond.
The STORE ROOM it self, was in need of tlc. Kinda shabby. Lightning needs updating. Old carpet. Too many beds, feels & looks cramped. Some people might be deterred from shopping there. Overall a very good experience!

Recommend staying away from this place. Taylor one of the workers at this location wrongly put what was wrong with my bed for a bed exchange and they rejected it

Jeff was GREAT! He asked a lot of questions about my sleeping style, pain and tiredness level, then showed me the mattresses I might like. He was knowledgeable on each one and explained the pros and cons. I chose a super comfortable hybrid and can’t wait for delivery!
