Matrix did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to remodel our bathroom. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating and set me up for a FREE estimate on the very next day! Mike made the process seamless! The pricing was very reasonable. Luis was prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! If you are looking to have any of your bathrooms remodeled then, by all means, call Mike at Matrix Bathroom remodeling in Denver! You will not be disappointed

They came to my home and gave me an estimate. The guy said he would email me the quote that evening. I have never received anything. I live in a mobile home and have to balance the cost of the project against what I paid for the home and the situation that mobile homes really do not increase in value like a home does. I feel judged and discriminated against by this company. I have a bunch of money sitting in my bank. I can afford it but wanted to look at the quote closer and balance my decision. I am very dissatisfied.

Mike was professional, flexible, and kept his word on everything from project timeline to expectations.Luis is a complete master of all trades and an extremely friendly. The shower install was professional and appealing from beginning to end. Mike was on time for the estimate, and gave me a lot of options. The total was reasonable and well worth the end result. The shower and glass installers were professional and pleasant.

I had someone out a week ago who was very eager to take my $3000 down payment and promised my shower/tub would be installed in two weeks. I called today to confirm my appointment and was told I am not on "the schedule". Nobody seems to know where my paperwork is. I've been transferred to several different people who keep telling me to call my sales rep, who doesn't answer his phone. Scheduling department personnel are very rude, unhelpful and just transfer my call to someone else or to a voicemail. I was told by the last person at this company to stop calling them and wait for my sales rep to call me back. Is this how customer service is supposed to work? It is ridiculous that I have already given this company $3,000, have received nothing for it.

To date the is the best home improvement project that turned out better than expected. The tub to a full shower conversion was long overdue and who knew it could be done in 3 days as per quote. I love the new shower and cannot wait to show it off to family and friends. Luis & Jorge were very professional, courteous and did an outstanding / amazing job! I agree with other reviewers the price was reasonable compared to other Home improvement Companies.

Matrix just finished our Walk-in Shower and it looks Amazing!Jared was friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up every day before he left. It was Awesome to see the Shower transform into an Art as each day was fond.Jake and Mike were very kind and Yes, I will recommend Matrix Bath Systems to all my neighbors.

Matrix bathroom systems of Colorado are rip off artists. Took A LOT of our money and left a horrible mess. Chipped, gouged and attached our existing tub and refused to fix it. A self proclaimed 2-3 day job took 2 months because of their incompetence and it’s still a mess. Our shower door leaks water from the bottom onto the floor. These are just a few of the photos. I have videos too.

Had a wonderful experience! Jake, Mike, and Jeff were very professional! They showed up on time, kept me informed on the day to day duties and progress, and finished the project on time. They treated my house as their own and left it great condition. Definitely will recommend to friends and when my second bathroom needs remodeling they are my guys!
