the staff here is super friendly and helpful. warm therapy pool is slept on, it's soooo nice to swim in, especially if you have any pain or injuries and want a low impact way to move your body.

The people who work at this pool are fantastic-- friendly and very helpful. The people who come there are diverse which i really appreciate. Fine pool, even a sauna

Nice local rec center. They have a few elliptical, treadmills, and various recumbent bikes. Weight area is a fairly decent size. I have not used the pool or sauna but they seem pretty popular, and the gym space appears to be frequently used for organized sports.
