This agent only contacts me when it comes time for payment on my policy, not when our catalytic converter was stolen, not when my wife was t-boned with my child in the car. During those times I never spoke to the same person from All State twice and they were never able to resolve any of my accidents (I had to pay 3x for other people hitting me and being at fault). There is no accountability. You are not in good hands.

Some incompetents. I canceled my insurance with them, notifying them with enough time... after I canceled they continued charging me $2000 for almost a year, and now they are sending me to collection because they forgot to collect a bill of 200
