My fiancé and i had taken our rings here a bit ago. my ring is a family ring and is extremely delicate. we were happy to see this in place had 5 stars on so many reviews and felt confident bringing a family heirloom there, as well as the ring we had recently gotten my fiancé. his needed to be resized and mine needed to be resized and looked at as well since it is old. they said mine needed a new prong as well so we agreed. they called that his ring popped off the compressor machine (first of all.. compressor at such a nice place? no). then they replaced my prong. we took it to a more trustworthy jeweler to discover the new prong wasn’t even touching the diamond. they did a horrible job on my ring and my husbands. don’t go to them. it’s not worth it. the worst experience i have had with a jeweler. the new jeweler resized his ring no problem without a compressor.

Bobby with Mark’s diamonds was phenomenal to go the the process of finding my now Finacé the perfect engagement ring! I stopped by Marks Diamonds after reading all the great reviews and was not disappointed!!! They have a great selection of engagement rings and Ashley was extremely helpful! I was just browsing and tried a few styles on. It’s going to be hard to pick one! I’m glad we decided to stop in and will absolutely come back for our wedding rings. They had a great men’s selection! I highly recommend!

Superb service and highly recommended . I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and we got our wedding rings at Mark’s. They had excellent selections, were friendly, and gave professional guidance each time we went in. And when my wife wanted to make some adjustments to a band, they went out of their way to help us at no cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can't recommend Bobby at Mark's Diamonds enough. This review is long overdue but he was incredible to work with as my wife and I designed a custom engagement ring and wedding band set last year.We had some very specific design criteria for the rings along with including jewels from both sides of the family in the layout. Bobby's communication was great from start to finish on the engagement ring and again with the matching wedding band.My wife and I really appreciated his open and honest style; presenting all of the options, educating us on the styles, trends, and reasons for certain designs and empowering us to make the best decision without any pressure.Everyone else was very friendly as well and you can't go wrong by choosing Mark's Diamonds for your wedding ring needs.

Fantastic experience. Autumn was exceptional. She helped design a custom ring that was quite a bit out of the norm. Tim, the jeweler also provided great input and advice. The process went much better than I ever anticipated and Autumn was amazingly patient and never pressured me. I am truly impressed, thankful, and extremely happy to have chosen Mark’s.
