Super friendly and helpful staff. I brought my car by to get a quote on a mirror repair and turns out I just needed to pop a couple of things back into place (which they did for me at no charge) and they didn’t make me feel silly for coming in. They were just super friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a great experience with Mancinelli’s and would absolutely recommend! Before I found them I got a quote from another mechanic that was 2k over what Mancinelli’s did the work for. Even after they found an additional issue, they honored the original quote and thoroughly repaired my vehicle. Jenn communicated everything throughout the process and I really enjoyed working with her. So happy to have found a trustworthy and fair company that does good work!

Everyone I interacted with was great: they were super knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any and all questions. Their diagnostic report was really helpful with explanations in laymen’s terms and photos to go along with everything. They were very communicative throughout the whole experience, honest and forthcoming about prices and what to expect, and were overall great to work with. I will definitely be going back

Mancinelli's, you folks did an incredible job on Bluey, my Mazda CX5.
Thank you for the "diagnosis" paperwork. You went thru it line by line and explained what needed to be done.
NOW I know why there are a bazillion of them on the road. Her pickup is excellent, her brakes are happy, she's using less gas, she doesn't faint when the air conditioning is turned on. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Wonderful experience, like my friend Kathleen said every customer she knew sang your praises. Thanks for my NEW car. I'll be back.

It’s my pleasure to highly recommend that you turn to Mancinelli’s for your automotive needs. The care, the competence, and the honesty of the Mancinelli’s staff makes such a difference. Steve gave my ancient-of-days Infiniti a thorough review, then offered an estimate for repair that was $5,400 less than the dealership quote. And when I told him that the repairs cost more than the value of my car, he understood, advising me how to use the car over the coming weeks before I sell it. Really, Mancinelli’s offers a measure of honesty that I have encountered before in using a garage. I hope you’ll consider using them the next time you need repairs made. 10/10!

I'm very impressed with the service from Mancinelli's. They immediately understood the problem my car was having, took the time to diagnose it carefully, as well as other ancillary problems contributing to it, and fixed it in a timely manner. I don't think I could ask for more.

These are just my experiences folks. Yours may be completely different. Perhaps I just have bad luck based on other reviews. I’ll be seeking a different mechanic or do the repairs myself on the street, which is what I was trying to avoid. Hope others have a better experience. I will say that the shuttle service provided is very helpful, convenient and appreciated.
First experience:
-called and told them the issue regarding what I suspected to be leaking valve gaskets. Seemed they didnt believe that the customer would know the issue. But I get it. I’m sure a lot of people claim to know the issue and that’s not the actual issue. Like a Web MD diagnosis or something.
-had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment.
-day of the appointment they confirmed what I said but couldn’t get the parts in time to complete that day. Dropped vehicle off at 7am, was notified, quoted and asked if I wanted to proceed around 10-11am, for clarity. Agreed to the quote and then notified towards the end of the day they couldn’t get the parts. I needed my vehicle for work so I could not just leave it there for a few days. But they did say they could get it completed that following Monday if I were to leave it over the weekend. Initial appointment was on a Friday to clarify.
-called 7am Monday morning to reschedule and had to wait 2 additional weeks for another appointment. They also said they do not have room to store parts so they would have to re order the parts. The parts were gaskets, they don’t take up much space. But it is what is I guess.
-2 weeks later they fixed my vehicle. At least so far so good. Had to take 2 days off from work to get this repair done.
2nd experience:
-torn inner CV boot. Initial conversation felt like an interrogation or perhaps the person just wasn’t having a good day. Totally can relate. Asked why I thought that and said I can see it. Plain as day, and grease all over the boot.
-had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.
-due to parts issue last time I ordered OEM reboot kit from Toyota directly to provide just incase. I was told they couldn’t use customer provided parts which I was also prepared for but figured just incase. Parts were still in the box and sealed. Direct from Toyota.
-came in 7am to get the work done. Told them about the parts I had, directly from Toyota. I was now told they do not reboot, they will only replace the entire axel. Well ok then, let’s just get the repair done I guess. Beats 30k+ for a new vehicle.
-I still proceed with the work and was provided a quote which I would have agreed to but they had to order the axel (about a day out) and the next available appointment was 2.5 weeks out..again. I find that a bit ridiculous. Not necessarily the ordering of parts or lack of available parts (although still frustrating) but an additional 2.5week wait. When I’ve already been waiting 3 weeks for the initial appointment and wasn’t informed until the day of my appointment that they will not reboot an axel and would only replace it entirely.
-no work on the boot/axel performed and I picked up my truck.
-the alignment I requested was performed for a reasonable/fair price and the alignment is good.
-took the day off of work for this as well, only to have just the alignment done (better than nothing I guess). To complete the work I would need to take yet another day off of work. Which isn’t easy for some folks.
Regarding pricing. I wouldn’t say they are extremely high or anything. At least for the work I was quoted on. Mechanics are and will always be expensive.

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.
Every time I come back to Mancinelli’s, I wonder why I ever went anywhere else. The service is top notch, far and beyond what I’ve gotten at almost any other repair shop, the inspections are detailed and the reporting helps make decisions on which repairs to focus on next, and the complimentary shuttle to and from my house is stupidly convenient.

Mancinellis Auto was very helpful and kept us in the know about what was going on and the process it would take to Repair the vehicle. The staff was very helpful and greet you with smiles. Me and my son was sick by the time the vehicle was ready but we couldn't pick up the vehicle, they gave us time till we got better to pick up our car. That shows me they care about the customer. We will be taking our vehicle back if any problem come up in the future. Thanks Mancinellis for the hard work you do. ☺️?

Excellent experience. Used Mancinelli's Auto Repair Center website to schedule and describe my car's intermittent engine problem/symptoms. Appointment was today and car is repaired and performing as it did when purchased. Very professional staff. A real pleasure from start to finish. Very prompt and thorough communication throughout the process.

Incredible service at Mancinelli’s. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable front desk staff. I even got pictured included in the the report for my car. Went in for general maintenance, left with a go-to repair center! Would recommend to anyone.

First time working with Mancinelli's Auto Repair. I highly recommend. They provided a detailed summary of the needed repairs along with pictures; took the time to explain the what and why behind them; and helped me to prioritize the repairs (given my tight budget).
Mancinelli's also offers a shuttle service to those who live in the area. I've worked with other repair shops, including the manufacturer of my car, but have decided to only work with Mancinelli's moving forward. Again, highly recommend.
