People like Andros are what make this place Awesome! I went into the service center with a very urgent situation and Andros went way above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and do everything in his power to help me. I am so grateful to him! I am about to start a big project that requires a bunch of new tools. I will definitely be buying Makita because of the fantastic customer service I received from Andros! Thank you for having employees like him! Excellent experience!

I had such a delightful experience with Makita's Kim G. who had my two drills with stuck bits. She was friendly, knowledgable and was getting me not only what I needed (fix them, send them back) but even better, could upgrade my older one to new shape very affordably AND teach me some new tricks. The system Makita has is good where the person fixing your tools is the customer service person. Good job Kim and Makita!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Got about 6 cordless repairs and it was reasonably priced. They also ship! Everyone else that does repairs says "it's to expensive to repair, just buy new."

Really great experience. You walk in and there’s a service counter and behind it are rows of work benches. Woman I talked to was incredibly knowledgeable and nice. I’ve always had makita cordless tools and haven’t had anything malfunction until recently and both a drill and speaker that I’ve taken were covered under warranty and repaired for free. The drill was ready the SAME DAY and the speaker took a little longer because I assume they had to order parts.
