My oxygen concentrator was having issues. The tech called, established a time and appeared on time, quickly swapping out the machines in just a couple minutes.

We didn't get his name but he was so polite and very helpful. He even moved the machine into our bedroom and showed us what the machine had to be on to fill the tanks. He was here in 2 minutes after we called as he was in the area.

The young man set up the oxygen concentrator, showed me how the air hoses were placed, made sure as he showed me the refill tank how it went on and off, and was able to guide me through the nuances of the product which I was very happy to get. The winter weather makes breathing more difficult so I was very glad he arrived in such a timely fashion on such a snowy day. He represented the company and himself expertly.
