Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!”

“For the first time I noticed that when coming to this location they actually take your items out of the box and put them in a clear bag. I believe this is not in regards to normal I think it's something that's new and they are keeping an eye on packaging. You can most likely package your item in a clear bag. It's not necessarily easy for them. I think it's a new strategy to keep an eye on mail and what is going to and from. I only say that because after taping the three boxes and then doing it previously I realized I wasted a lot of tape. Make sure you ask before leaving the location. It could be all about safety it would have been nice to know. I will continue to come to this location they appear to be polite.

“Shad was extremely helpful, kind and printed up my return label ( for a minimal fee.) and allowed me to take a seat and rest a moment, while trying to return a very, very heavy package to Amazon. I really appreciated the professional support and courteous nature, after almost giving myself a hernia trying to carry my package from my car into the store. ( I was returning 2 double paned basement windows.) LOL! I feel very confident that my return will be handled properly so I can get back my refund without incident.”

Wes truly went above and beyond , in assisting/ advising me, with the packing loading, and the whole shipping , process of my 55in Tv. What makes this situation impactful, is when Wes related, empathized with my stress of moving, built rapport, had a conversation and Earned my continued to business, to this location… in further regards to my shipping. Wes is prompt, kind, knowledgable and Professional, he also went above and beyond his duties. He offers more then a smile, conveyed the since, that I wasn’t a number, remembered my name.. “I just had a very positive experience at the UPS store on 700 Colorado Boulevard. They helped me with a standard pack and ship service when I brought in a toy for a friend, and even though I didn’t have a package and my body & emotions felt a bit chaotic, the customer service agent was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. They found a package for me, a perfect one with a little bit of room for me to throw in a couple extra toys, and in the end gave me something to write a note on to include in the package to my friend. I also met the owner, Chris, nice & professional thus learning that this UPS store is locally owned. Plus, I heard they have a notary service, which is super convenient. There’s a parking lot behind the building, and you can even shred sensitive documents for $1.25 per pound. The two all-star customer agents who helped me today were Sebastian and Maya; they were absolutely wonderful, bringing some levity to the situation while working hard. The have a giant RICOH printer ?️ which I hear is one of the best around! Overall, this is the best UPS store I’ve found in Denver, Colorado, and believe me, I’ve been to a few, even the Cherry Creek location, and somehow this one is even better. **Please note: They have a Roland machine for banners and posters, but the coolest part is they make stickers! The printer cuts them out for you, so you don’t have to, and they have fun samples like Bluey, Nintendo, Adventure Time, and Yu-Gi-Oh! If you visit, definitely ask for a sticker—whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart!”
