Have been trying to get chairs replace or repaired since they arrived. Nothing but cancellations or scheduling appointments at times without contacting me before hand to see if those times work. Its so bad that at one point, they gave me the option to reschedule an appointment they were 3 hours late for, which i accepted...only to have a delivery driver call me an hour later and say he was almost at my house. Now I'm having to fight customer service because they marked this failed delivery as delivered. No one responded to my yelp review so maybe this will get their attention. Do not buy furniture from here. It looks nice but the minute you have a problem, there is zero management behind their service people.

This store does it right! Thank you to Kathy S for extraordinary customer service! Long story short—I bought my Dad pants for Xmas and he tried to exchange them, but there was a problem. He's 4 hours away from the closest Macy's. Kathy S made it more than right. THANK YOU! So impressed and grateful.

I bought a couch from the sales associate Allen. He was helpful, but lied to me about being able to earn Macy's Rewards if I used my Macy's card to buy the couch, thus I lost out on about $125 in rewards.

My wife ordered a pair of shoes from here and they did not have them in stock, no big deal, so we pay $20 for 2-day shipping. She got a notification saying it was delivered to our office(which was closed for the weekend), so we went there when it reopened and they didn't have it. We called customer service and they said it was delivered to the office, so we double checked. We didn't learn until the next day that "the office" was actually a smoothie place about a mile away. We paid for 2 day shipping and didn't get our package for 5 days! I will never recommend Macys again.

I won't shop at any Macy's because they won't be considerate of soooo many people who have fragrance sensitivities and quit putting fragrances in their flyers/ads in newspapers. I always have to throw away the complete package, can't read the newspaper, because the stench of cologne or perfume permeates all of it!!! I only get paper 2 days a week (and only because husband likes online and it is cheaper) but those are the only 2 days I read the paper. come on!! quit ru
