I was pleasantly surprised by how well my makeup turned out with Forrest. He knew what he was doing and asked the right questions before getting started. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process to allow me to learn how to use their products. I am glad I took a chance at doing my makeup at this store.

Absolutely phenomenal! Forrest is a makeup artist par excellence. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in expert hands. Forrest's attention to detail, artistic flair, and deep understanding of different skin tones and textures is unparalleled. He took the time to listen to my preferences and provided suggestions that perfectly suited my features and the occasion. The end result was nothing short of magical. I felt incredibly beautiful and confident, and the makeup lasted all day without a single touch-up. Forrest is not only highly skilled but also incredibly warm and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. I can't recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for a top-notch makeup artist. Five stars all the way!

I had a wonderful experience here with Sasha and the team picking out new lipsticks. They genuinely cared about picking out the right colors for me and spent time and energy on picking out products even though I didn’t have a scheduled session. They were out one product and had to go to the Nordstrom Mac to pick it up, and at that location the staff were super rude and not accommodating at all. If you’re at cherry creek, go to the actual Mac store, they were so awesome. They even let this woman’s little kids play with the lip glosses and it was so cute to see the little girls get excited. 10/10 experience

I am not sure what happened to this store. I have ordered from them before for same day delivery. Today I ordered 2 things. They sent me an em telling me it was delivered. It was nowhere to be found, yet they charged my account. When I called the store, the girl said, "oh yes, you and another customer, we just have no record of your orders". I said, then please refund. She said, I cannot do that without my supervisor who is not here today. You have to call CS. I called Customer Service (hold music is horrible). I was on the phone 20 minutes while she contacted a supervisor. She said, for some reason, I cannot refund you. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MAC ONLINE AT CHERRY CREEK AGAIN. I ordered from Nordstrom and they got it out right away.

I worked with Nene today and she was incredible! After searching for years, literally to find a natural looking lip color that doesn't wash me out, she was able to help in such a timely manner with a pleasant attitude! 5 stars for her service.

Visited this MAC store yesterday. Marilyn was warm and welcoming, and her makeup was on point. She modelled MAC makeup beautifully and gave us a tutorial (explained like a pro). Very grateful to her for her patience and for sharing her skill with us. The MAC store is lucky to have her. Would visit again.

The customer service I just received from cashier Marilyn was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had in my life. She was rude, curt and wholly unfriendly. She even tried to tell me the points I had I couldn’t redeem as an “Obsessed “ level member! Deplorable! I have never and would like to speak to a manager about her low level of service. Unacceptable

Being a person of color I always get super nervous about getting help with my makeup. Mainly because I only shopped at Ulta and no one really took the time to explain anything. But my experience at M.A.C was the best ever and that’s thanks to Christopher! He took the time to explain everything and made me feel soooo comfortable! I left feeling so beautiful and just excited about finally being a MAC girl lol!! I definitely will be coming back to this location all because of the outstanding customer service!

I don't buy MAC but my spouse does. She particularly likes the lipsticks. They always give her good service. She is a regular and my wife says, "enough." End of review.

This store literally saved my entire day! After getting the worst makeup of my life at Sephora I was about to have a mental breakdown. I was taking maternity photos later that day and was about to cancel my photoshoot due to my horrendous makeup:( I walked down to MAC almost hyperventilating and asked if they could help. They were very busy but completely redid my makeup and made me feel beautiful again. I was able to still make my pictures and had full confidence. I honestly can't explain in words what they did for me that day. This store has the best customer service and artists. Go see them and ask for Amber! Thank you MAC!

The mall was fine, I guess. It's a mall. They try to make it fancy. But I probably won't be back because the mall made it such a pain to get in and out. I had to pay for parking. $2 for 0-2 hours. Fine. But their kiosks to pay at exit did not work well. And with the sun directly shining on the screens for the kiosk, it was a disaster. I could have paid inside, I believe. There were lots of signs that said so. But those kiosks were hidden or something. Signage in the mall and garage was poor. I just had to wander around the parking garage to find an entrance to the mall. I found it. It wasn't too hard, but still, can't they afford a few signs? The parking garage signage was confusing too. The food court made me sad. Nothing good there. Just a regular old mall trying to be too big for its britches. PS why all the reviews for this mall are for one makeup store I have no idea. Maybe the store closed and Yelp didn't know what to do with the reviews so just changed the name to the mall?!?

Mac Park Meadows matched my foundation wrong so I came here hoping to exchange. I wish I got the gal’s name because she was so helpful and matched me perfectly and even went out of her way to do my whole face so I could see how it looked when it was a busy Saturday. Very good customer service by all 3 employees I interacted with and let me exchange the foundation and pump. Been a loyal MAC customer for 15+ years and sometimes service is hit or miss but had an amazing experience today
