Eddie went ABOVE and beyond to help us with our car in a time of need. In the face of a medical emergency, Eddie was so kind and gracious, and when we asked for an additional favor he happily agreed and helped us facilitate. He was so professional. Thank you SO much for your help and compassion Eddie, you are a true gem and made this very difficult situation a little brighter for us:) I highly recommend Eddie at M1 towing for all your towing needs.

Anthony at M1 Towing was absolutely fantastic! He arrived quickly, and then really took his time carefully strapping down my motor scooter to the towing platform. He ensured that it wouldn't be scratched by asking to get a towel to go around the front housing, and then cinched down all points to make sure that if he hit a pothole along the way, nothing would happen. Outstanding service by Anthony, and I hope that next time something happens, M1 and Anthony can be there for us again!

Had a great experience with them. Very punctual and easy to work with. The whole experience was a bit less stressful thanks to them! I wish I remembered the driver's name but he was great. Will be calling them the next time we need a tow.
