Ive went to this salon on and off for the past years and recently I'm just over it. I book appointments and they don't finish my nails because they have another customer waiting. because of that I stopped Coming. so I tried one last time and i got charged $120 for a short almond set . BFFR i really liked this place but they over charge and the talent don't match the price .

I've been going to this location for about 4 years and this is the only nail salon I leave content with my nails majority of the time! After moving further North, I visited so many other salons including the M. Vincé location in Northfield, but none of them compare so I make the drive. My dip stays on for 3+ weeks without any lifting/chipping, Kevan is awesome at designs (he's my favorite nail tech), and they are always up to date on what's trending. A little pricey but I'm willing to pay for nails I love and will last for so long!

EDITED: They really came through for me!! I came back in explaining what happened. My girl Amber fixed me up and I got a discount on my new set. Even have a credit on my account. I really really appreciate them for fixing this. Highly recommended- go see my girl Amber!! This place really depends on who you get. Amber is my girl!! She's amazing but she was out sick and I was desperate but not this desperate. Idk what this lady did to me but it was bad. One nail fell off after 4 days and I can already feel the dip coming off the rest of my nails - it's only been a week. I also went back bc the nail fell off and I paid $75 so they were going to fix it. This is how I left the salon. Had to scrub the dip off my finger at home. Just make sure you read reviews before doing a walk in!

Terrible experience for my first time. The nail tech cut my skin twice when trimming my cuticles, my dip isn't even and the customer service was terrible. Do not recommend this location.

This was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten. Every single one of my cuticles bled, and she continued to drill into the bleeding cuticles. I paid $70 and didn't even get a hand massage or even lotion on my hands after. My cuticles are now scabbing with two infected which I now have to use antibiotics for. I do not recommend and will not be back. There were even employees sleeping in massage chairs next to clients, incredibly unprofessional.

Pedicures were rushed and low quality. I would not come back. There are better ways to throw away money.

So this would be the second time I've been to the place the first time I enjoyed myself however the other I went in for eyebrow waxing...the front desk lady was nice she told the girl in the back who was sitting on a chair eating a snack that she had a client for eyebrows. She looked at me gave me the dirtiest look ever and rolled her eyes like doing her job was a nuisance. I waited there obviously not thinking she was going to take me and then the front desk lady said to follow her. She opens the door to the room and there's a guy sleeping in the chair he gets up and I greet her "hi how are you today" no response. She says lay down. She was rather rough with me you can tell she didn't want to do the job. And didn't say anything else when she was done. No Thankyou no nothing. As we walked toward the front desk she's telling everyone in the room in another language which I'm assuming is about me cause she mentioned "brows/ eyebrows" and the continued on in a language. Continues to give me a dirty look while she writes out how much it will be I tipped her said Thankyou and left (even though she did NOT deserve it) I kid you not I will not come back to this place based on this experience alone. It was so uncomfortable and rude how she treated me when I was nothing but kind to her. Which also sucks because I'm in walking distance to this place however I'll take my business elsewhere for brow waxing. Heads-up y'all she's that Asian girl with a different color dye underneath.

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while now. I've heard about the service and best of all they have a bar here to relax while getting your services. I for one purchased a pedicure. The price is comparable to others I've been to and the establishment is very clean and upscale looking. I will say the technician Kathy could have been a little more friendly and vocal and not treat me like a number instead of business and also spent a bit of time on the phone talking to friends or family. I'm pretty sure they weren't clients. Though the massage chairs are nice looking beware of the settings. My back is still hurting from it. I'm definitely returning.

I've come here quite a few times and this time my pedicure girl was super unfriendly. When I said I didn't want gel, she asked me three more times if I wanted gel, and then laughed with the girl next to her about how I didn't want it. She also handed me the $88 pedicure menu, and when I said I wanted the cheaper, signature spa pedicure, it was like I was treated differently. They didn't ask if I or my husband wanted anything to drink. My chair was broken so I had to sit straight to the whole time. She knicked my pinky toe and it caused me to flinch, which she gave me a dirty look for. She made my big toe bleed. She put my feet in hot wax while it was still unbearably hot. And at the end, when she was removing the towel from under my feet, my big toe hit her forearm, and she gave me the dirtiest look. The only redeeming experience today was my manicure from a different person. At check out, we waited forever to pay and my pedicure lady was hovering over the counter to see the tip. Not to mention everything was $210... Not sure I'll be coming back here. This also made me never want to get my nails done again.

Best in Denver - I've been coming here every few weeks for the past year and a half. Anny and Daisy are wonderful. Anny esp for dip manicure! Great salon, clean and great service!

The service was good! The place , even though new does not look clean. The tables are not wiped regularly. The staff is very nice and professional. They just need to do a better job cleaning .
Cleanliness: Need to do a better job with upkeep.

Don't waste your money here. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times now. The paint job is sloppy and rushed. I usually have paint on my skin or cuticles instead of the nail. I've also been cut by them multiple times. I've had to come back the next day to get chipped gel paint fixed and still didn't turn out good.

I decided to give this salon a try after someone recommended Katie for bridal nails in a Brides of Colorado Facebook group. Having had some pretty comically bad experiences at other salons, I was a bit apprehensive. However, Katie put me at ease immediately. I had a vision for my nails, and she not only understood what I wanted but also offered great suggestions on colors.
This was my first time trying dip ombré, and Katie absolutely nailed it! She made me feel comfortable and assured me that I could trust her—and she delivered beautifully. The salon itself was fantastic, making it a great spot for a bridal squad as well.
I received so many compliments on my nails, they still look amazing a week later, and I can’t recommend Katie enough! Thank you!

I have tried this place a few times and I always walk out with the same results. NOT Happy. As usual, the pedicurist/manicurist was not friendly. Rushed and did a poor job. Sadly, I love the location but won't be back!
