Love all products and the program to return containers for credits. Maybe think about offering different credit amounts for each size containers. That would encourage me to return more often and or purchase different items.

I have been a long time Lush customer, loving that their products are handmade, eco-friendly, low waste, and based in natural ingredients.
Apple was very helpful in not only explaining the products, but describing the benefits of ingredients and the science behind how they work for the skin and body. Apple was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service by being friendly and patient with my questions
