While Lugano Wine and Spirits is a bit more pricy than other liquor stores, it’s convenient and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful! I choose to spend a little more to come here due to convenience and the friendly staff.

They need to fix their signs, it’s 9:30pm on a Sunday and they are closed, thei sign said open until 10pm ??♀️

Overall a great community. Quick and responsive when needed. Amenities are nice. Sometimes neighbors can be loud but not a big deal.

My fiancé and I just resigned our lease here at Lugano because it truly has everything you could ask for with spacious rooms and closets and a open concept kitchen with large island. The staff has been great our work orders are always filled on time and they also have fun community functions like the Halloween costume party, breakfast on the go, and movies by the pool! Excited about the upgraded fitness center coming this year too. I would recommend Lugano to any of my friends and family it’s luxury apartments that won’t break the bank. I lived here in 2018 and loved it so much I came back.

My roommate and I have lived here for 2 years now and we love it. The apartments are nice, so are all the amenities, and there are even plans on upgrading the already great gym. Any time we have a maintenance request, it’s been handled same day and fixed correctly. The leasing office is easy to reach and are pretty nice, and try to plan lots of events and giveaways for the residents. They also upgraded to package lockers, so it’s nice knowing our packages are safe rather than just left on the floor in the mailroom or by our doors.
