The short version is they had my car for 5 weeks before I got it back and it has issues that needed to be fixed at another shop.
Update: Some repairs were done at another shop and Loyalty's helped out with the costs. Not thrilled with the entire process but appreciate that Anthony was willing to do his best to make it right in the end. Maybe I had an unusual experience, others have left glowing reviews, but this is a review what my experience was.
I'd call/text to ask about the status and consistently was told 'we're short staffed' and 'the car will be ready soon' but inevitably it was delayed for one reason or another.
In the end I called on a Monday afternoon and was told the car would be done Monday night or Tuesday morning. I asked what the contingencies were if it weren't done Tuesday morning, because this had happened a few times before so I wasn't holding my breathe it'd be done, and Anthony said "no ifs ands or buts, it'll be done tomorrow morning", they open at 10am and to come in after 10.
I text after 10 and was told they were getting in late b/c they'd worked late last night. They were going to do a test drive at 11 so it'd be ready by noon or 1.
Around 1 i get an updated repair order, I assume the car is ready so ask. Anthony says its ready but if I want to meet with him he'll be back ~2:30. I get there and they're finishing up diagnostics. We go over the paperwork. He lets me know there was some calibration their equipment couldn't do and that I'd need to bring it to a dealership (at this point I just want my car back so I'm fine doing that). we go for a test drive, car feels underpowered which we attribute to the calibration that needs to be done. We finish up the paperwork and I head out.
There is some clunking noise in the front end, not great but again I just want my car back and need to bring it to another mechanic to do the calibration Loyalty's couldn't so keep driving. I get back to work and see I've got a missed call and 3 texts from Anthony.
'Give me a call'
'I think one of my guys might've left something inside the vehicle'
'expensive tool in the engine bay'
I give him a call and he asks that I bring the car back so they can get their tool. He didn't offer to come and get the tool mind you. I agree to drive back, they pop the car up to retrieve their tool and I'm pretty sure Anthony makes a comment about a sway bar connection. Whatever the case after they finished up I was able to drive back to work, now without the noise in the front end.
The car didn't perform like I remembered (lower power and the turbo was significantly louder) and I needed to get the calibration that Loyalty's couldn't do so I brought it to another shop. After a couple of visits to the other shop the car is performing similar to how it was before the original issue (there is still more turbo noise in some instances but generally not concerning). I'm frustrated that the issues left Loyalty's but Anthony was willing to help out with the bill I received for the work done at the other shop so that's good.

I took my vehicle to three mechanics before finding this place. Not only were they half the price but they educated me and walked me through each step of the process. I have now brought them three of my cars and won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Anthony and his team are incredible. They are very smart, kind and knowledgeable. My vehicle needed pretty major repairs. Anthony communicated with me the entire time, even went as far as texting me pictures throughout the process. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me the faulty parts as well. As a women, I left feeling confident that they are running a very fair and honest business. Bonus, they have an oil change punch card, never seen that before! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Wow, Anthony and his team really helped me out of a bind. I brought my car in on July 3rd because my AC was blowing hot air right before an extended road trip. Anthony and Ani took the time to answer my concerns and fully diagnose the issue. When the overlying issue was further complicated by the discovery of extensive animal damage on to the wiring hidden within the car they helped keep the repairs within my budget and timeline for the trip. I'm blown away by both their customer service and the now repaired AC unit. They really treat your car like it's their own and I'd recommend them to everyone. Thank you for going that extra mile for me and I can't think of a more appropriate name than Loyalty’s, I really couldn't have made the trip without you and you've got a new client for life.

Loyalty Automotive, (Anthony Nunez), I have been taking my truck family cars to Loyalty Automotive before he opened his shop and after he opened his shop for quite a few years now. I would not take my vehicles to anyone else. When you find.a good mechanic why would take you car or truck anywhere else. Anthony knows his job add does it well. He goes to extreme measures to make sure your vehicle runs right and safe, Belive me when I say that cause I have been taking me cars and trucks to him for many years now.
