I got my hair done for the first time here and the service was great. Tasha took the time to ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She even stayed later than planned to do my lashes. She has a great spirit and the atmosphere is nice and clean.

Tasha has been cutting my hair for years. Matter of fact she is the only person allowed to. She pays just as much attention to my $25 haircut as she does the clients who pay her 8x that amount on their style. And…she gets it perfect every-time. She’s prompt and doesn’t juggle clients, you know the ones who swear your hair isn’t dry and leave you under the dryer for 3 hours on high and you feel like a raisin and pray for water? Nothing but professionalism and quality service. Can’t go wrong here

First time at this shop,and it was a terrible experience. I was getting my hair done for my birthday a sew-in and I tell you it was the worst one I ever got. I was checking out and tried telling owner or receptionist about my closure not sewed right and it wasn't glued down and she didn't care about it she said I got a DISCOUNT SO thats all she could do she didn't even look at it. I hate going to a shop and they act like they know what they are doing and don't. My birthday was ruined and I felt so ugly for my special day. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. I will go to the salons i know and trust next time. I wish I could upload pictures and show how bad the services was.

Called and requested a shampoo and deep condition, confirmed an appointment for 2:30 PM. They were previously located off of Dartmouth and Hampden, so upon arriving to my appointment I had learned that they re-located. I called back and made them aware I would be about 10 minutes late since I went to their prior location. It was a little after 2:40 PM when I was standing at the reception desk for about 3 minutes - no one acknowledged or greeted me. But, a woman went over to another stylist and informed her that “the shampoo and condition called and said she went to the old location” and she responds “nuh uhhhhhhhhh”, I interrupt and let her know that I was standing right there, for my shampoo and condition. The stylist - I want to say her name is Callie - pokes her head out shortly after this and let’s me know that she’ll be with me momentarily. I waited until 3:10 and then informed her I had to leave as I had somewhere to be. Frustrating and disappointing. Confirmed my appointment without actually being able to accommodate AND went and said something about me being late without greeting/acknowledging? I would give 1 star, but Tasha used to do my hair when I was a teenager after she left Rumor’s Salon and I know she’s better than what I experienced today.
