AVOID - What a poor experience! Asked for mani/pedi - everything I asked for on their menu today ‘we can’t do that’ - ended up with a pedicure with my feet in cold water and rushed service. Cold service all around. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I walked in while I was waiting for my dog to get groomed across the street, and they fit be into a small window of time that they had available, for a shellac mani.Gengzang is AMAZING, did a perfect, thorough job on my nails, and did it SUPER quickly. I was in and out in 40, and it was perfect timing for me.It was also half the price of other "ritzier" salons around Denver, so I will be coming back!A relaxing, friendly, efficient experience all around! ☺️

I really really wanted to like this place after all the awesome reviews, but this place really falls short on sanitation and how the staff are treated. Yes the prices are cheap but so is the quality. Take your business somewhere that treats the staff well and doesn't water down the product. You'll feel better and your nails will look better!

Pedicure was ok. Massage was nice, paint job looked good, but I didn’t see them spray and clean the bowls between clients. I saw about 5 pedicures come in and out and they never sprayed and cleaned, and that can spread fungus!!!! Since these are jet bowls. That really grossed me out. Cleaner should run through those jets for 10 min as per state board rules after a service. Also, the hot towel wasn’t hot. I need to find a place that used plastic liners.

The best pedicure I've had in Denver! Not a fancy place, but more thorough than others charging 30-50% more. Mia was great and she will be my "go to" but watching other techs they all seem to do a great job.

I recommend this place. My sister and I walked in just about an hour before they were closing and asked if they would take us as walk ins. They kindly did. Our nails came out great, we got a manicure and pedicure and shellac nail polish.

Extremely rude! I went in without an appointment and asked if they had time to do mani and pedicure. She said yes we will start you pedicure but will have to see about manicure. I explained I was in a time crunch and if she can't then I understand I can just go somewhere else. She rudely responded just go somewhere else then and walked away.

I made an appointment for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and I felt like I was being rushed. My manicure looks great but they didn't even put a top coat on my feet so I have unfinished gel polish that I couldn't go back to fix cause they closed. I asked for a french manicure and they told me it would take too long. Isn't that what I made an appointment for? I asked if I could get a simple design on ONE nail and they said, "not today". They don't seem very sanitary either based on the equipment I saw laying around and not scrubbing the pedicure tubs after each use. They definitely have their regulars and they get better treatment than a new customer.
