I had a great experience with Chris!! I had to get rid of a very crappy car insurance company (ahem, National General) and Chris was more than willing to help me find a new company that fit our budget. Chris and his assistant Erin worked hard to make sure everything worked out correctly, especially when my old insurance company fought back at them with total crap, and trying to scare me into staying. I am so glad I reached out to longevity insurance brokers for my insurance needs, and I recommend them very highly!

We have been with Chris for going on 6 years with various homes and autos within our family. However recently things there have changed.
A few months ago, we found out in one of the policies they had written the dwelling coverage was written for 2k when it should be a minimum of 20% of the condo's value (around 200k). We found this on our own by another agent and glad we did. It got corrected but this worried us that this mistake had happened.
Then, we just found out yesterday that our homeowner's insurance had been cancelled 3 weeks ago! We had somehow missed the notices since we moved and had to urgently call the insurance company to correct this. Earlier that day, someone from Longevity contacted us asking for updated mortgage info. Mortgage companies had changed and that was what caused the missed payment. However, the email from Longevity did not mention anything about the cancelled coverage. They clearly did not even know! We assumed they had our back and would be able to be that last line of defense in case something goes wrong. Glad we got a little curious and logged into our insurance portal to find out we had been without coverage.
Sucks because years ago this company was awesome but its clear we need to move on to prevent more potentially big mistakes.

Chris has been so helpful for us with our home, our rental property, and our auto insurance. He will always make sure to find us the best price every year. Last week I was at the Mercedes dealership and could not find my car insurance in my car and I emailed Longevity and they emailed me back within minutes with my policy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an insurance broker or if you want to make sure you are always updated on the best prices!
