When I first came to LoHi Chiropractic I was desperate and skeptical. Everything I had tried up until that point hadn't worked & i was beginning to feel helpless. Thank you to Dr. Woz and Dr. Odney and the entire team for getting me to a pain-free state so I could move on with my life! I will always be your biggest advocate. Thank you!

I found LoHi Chiropractic via a search through my insurance as there are many chiros out there but the reviews tipped me their way. Negative reviews seem to have been 1) way in the past and 2) most all insurance/billing issues not the professionalism or care the office embodies. I've had zero issues with my insurance, or explanation of how that billing would work and the costs associated. Completely transparent and flexible on that front. Speaking of flexibility...sought them out for extreme lower back/radiant pelvic pain that turned out to be a L5/S1 compression/degeneration. Xray revealed it as well as a scoliosis, in-network Health Images located right across the (free, spacious) parking lot with walk-in availability couldn't have been easier or faster.
Most seek chiropractic care due to pain relief and you'll certainly get that at LoHi but different from my past experiences you'll also get a full understanding of* why* you had pain/issues/etc in the first place and what to do and keep up to maintain yourself, habits and regime to ensure you stay as pain free as you can. Grateful I found LoHi, Drs. Odney and "Woz" are great as are all of the staff professionals.
On those tools, LoHi is neither an overly "floofy"/overly non-medical angle as I've experienced in other practices nor over-programmed to get you to sign up for any treatment you don't want or need, everything is tailored to you, your needs, insurance and goals.

I started going to LoHi Chiropractic in May 2024 due to some back pain as a result of sports overuse and an acute weightlifting strain - prior to that I'd probably been to a chiropractor only a couple times in my life. I was (and to some degree still am) a bit of a skeptic of the profession generally.
That said, I've been to LoHi Chiropractic roughly weekly since May and cannot recommend Drs. Wozniak and Odney enough. They take time to help me understand how the body operates, explain how various activities impact the body, give great tips on how to stretch, mix in physical therapy sessions with adjustments, and work well with each other to provide a great patient experience. They also have good availability throughout the day/week to accommodate difficult schedules.

I definitely feel like I have been able to do the things I have been putting off since starting last year. I feel like the treatment lifted a fog and put me back on track. The service has been great and the staff is very professional!

BEST experience! very helpful with my lower back pain and making sure i got the right treatments/therapy and even followed up on how i was feeling. highly recommend this place and will most definitely be back.

Veronica is a gentle, soft-spoken, compassionate person; I felt very comfortable with her during my 60 min massage. I had told her about certain pain locations, and was pleased that she gave them extra attention. Her hands are both strong and soft: working on knots caused pain, but she never persisted to a point that made me tense up--that's good, and not all masseuses have that skill or attentiveness. I hope she's there the next time I go!

This was my first-time ever at a chiropractor, and I actually went not due to any pain or discomfort, but because of a strong recommendation from a friend for LoHi Chiropractic. It is very clear that this team is focused not just on treating symptoms, but finding the underlying causes of those symptoms.
While my "symptom" was merely limited motion from a fall years ago (no pain, and only minor annoyance and no real impact on my life, at least from my perspective), an X-ray revealed significant spinal and hip alignment issues I was not even aware I had. I feel very confident that the treatment plan will help improve my overall heath, and I am thankful I chose to go to LoHi Chiropractic despite not feeling as if I really needed a chiropractor. I am very convinced that 10 years from now, my previously undiagnosed condition would severely limit my overall well-being had I not been aware of it, in order to take care of it. Thank you!

With all the chiropractors close by me - I drive over 7 miles just to see Dr. Wozniack. I bring my 14 yo son who is always sore from sports. She helps with anything he needs to help with pain and growth spurts. She came up with a care plan and fixed my chronic neck pain. She takes the time to teach you PT stretches to do at home to continue healing and moving. I’m very grateful I found Lo-Hi Chiropractic!!
