Shane quickly responded to my lockout location, got me into my car and boosted the battery. I was then on my way without further delay. I was in a tough spot with a dead battery and no working keyfob or emergency key. I hope to never be in a situation like this, but I'm enormously grateful that help was there when needed. Thank you!
