Loan verify made the home buying process fairly smooth . There were a few hiccups during closing due to a miscommunication that caused a hour or so delay , but overall that was the only issue . They are very responsive (almost to the point of being pushy) and mostly helpful . Their site UI made things simple to find and sign, despite some minor visual bugs.

I've purchased many homes over the years and LoanVerify was by far the easiest process of them all. Any questions are answered fast, and you upload documents online.
