We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lisa Grant in purchasing our new home. She really listened to us and totally picked up on what we were looking for. She was particularly good at walking the tightrope between our two personalities and sometimes completely opposite opinions to arrive at a house that was perfect for both of us. We severely limited her search field to 3 fairly small areas and then put a further restriction of a main floor master bedroom. Unfazed, she announced that she was walking those neighborhoods to talk to property owners to see if anyone would be interested in selling. Unbelievable! Because of that effort, we were able to look at four really nice properties that weren't even on the market yet. When she found our present house, she really helped push that closing ten days earlier than scheduled, thus saving us money in storage and temporary living arrangements. We don't want to rush right out and buy another house, but when we do we'll go find Lisa. Well done!!Roger and Lynne Bradley
