4705 Washington St, Denver“Lovely store with a variety of cold liquor compared to 7/11 across the street. Joe is incredibly friendly and conversational! 10/10 would come back again for Joe.”
“Cutest little liquor store ever. They are so very very helpful. Please support local small businesses instead of the big guys! Staff is always friendly and has helped me figure out a purchase many times.”
“New owner and management is wonderful and provide a personal touch. They have quite a nice selection you might not expect. They have also recently created a member reward program which is just an example of the care and commitment the new owner has.”
“I live a couple of blocks away and was pleasantly described when I visited the store recently. They have a nice selection of wine under $10, which is more and more difficult to find in the larger retail outlets like Argonaut or Total. They have a good selection of more expensive wine though don't expect the discounts you might find at the larger stores, however, the convenience of skipping a drive outweighs the few bucks you might save, IMO.Friendly staff too...Friendly lady behind the counter.”
“Best liquor store in the neighborhood. Liquor store is an under quote for this place. These guys truly know their wines, Bourbons, and have a real good taste for anything your looking for. Great place for the community and top notch customer service!!!! Marco and Sean are great!! Best place in Denver!!”

3911 Fox St, Denver“So happy to find this place! Knowledgeable, helpful staff and a great selection of interesting wines. I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me unfortunately but he was great at taking my ramblings and recommending some excellent wines :)”
“We love this pharmacy! They work with you on medicine shortages and are super helpful. We previously used a big box chain nearby, and they were a NIGHTMARE. Such a difference at Capitol Heights!”

1080 S Gaylord St, Denver“Probably the best liquor store in Denver. They are super friendly here and the staff is super helpful. They always have the best recommendations! Also there variety is really unique. I think they have one or two major brand name liquors. All the rest is local and rare stuff. Definitely worth the search for a parking spot on Gaylord”

1302 E 6th Ave, Denver“Absolutely love this place! We always come here for our wine, whiskey, or any alcoholic drink. They are a local shop with lots of options. They have big names and local names. We always walk and can bring our dogs inside too, and they give treats. The staff is always so helpful when selecting something new!”
“I've been to Trader Joe's in over 20 different states . And it is what it is I've spent tons of money ? at trader Joe's because I dig the products and also local wineries and breweries when used to drink alcohol . And other local source products I can find there . But the reader Joe arrows in general for me personally have always been like a eclectic crowd of folks who think outside the box ?hasta luego buenas dios .”

2101 Market St #112, Denver“Anytime I’m in Denver, I always make a stop at Mr. B’s. Super unassuming corner store right across from Coors Field, but it’s truly a hidden gem for any craft beer connoisseur. They have a phenomenal selection of what the best breweries from the East to the West have to offer. Anchorage, Trillium, Other Half, Hop Butcher, and Lawson’s are just some of the big names they always carry. Add in a reliable source for Russian River and you can’t have it any better.”
9AM - 10PM
5809 W 44th Ave, Denver“Around this liquor store is a lot of sad shops, but this place, this place is a beacon of hope of what could be a fun shopping area if people started being good at it.The whole place has this whole modern western style to it. They even have this wild face scuplture outside.Inside is darker browns and such, but probably helps to male the liquor look good, cause all of these bad boys made my mouth water. They even have a local section with all their hippe beers and logo pride. This is a bastion of peace, if you ask me.”
“TL;DR Highly recommended. The shop is well kept, has friendly, knowledgeable staff, and an impressive selection of cigars and liquors.I stopped in on a hot summer afternoon to escape the heat and hopefully find a new cigar to enjoy. The owner of the store checked in on me and we ended up spending a disproportionate amount of time talking about different cigars, pipes, and tobacco. The owner was very friendly and personable, taking time to go through dozens of different brands of cigars with me before I settled on trying out a pipe for the first time. He was happy to answer all of my questions about pipes and all the different types of pipe tobacco they had. I decided to go with one of the house blends, which I am very happy with. The shop itself is very well kept. Nice and clean, with beautiful displays and an impressively sized humidor. I can't speak too much to the quantities of wines and liquor they had there, but the quality of brands seemed to be top shelf across the board. I enjoyed my visit there and will not hesitate to return in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop if you need a cigar or two.”
“Me and my boyfriend stopped in for some Azul and I must say I’ve never been in a liquor store and felt so welcomed. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We are also visitors and they gave us even more info on things we can do while on our trip. Did I mention all of them are HELLA COOL and I do mean hella cool!!!”
“Great selection. Even better now that they expanded! I have found a rare bottle of Bourbon for my husband here. They also often do free wine tastings! Highly recommend”
“My all time favorite local liquor store! They have everything I like and the owner is a genuine human being! I consider him a friend. And all of the people who work there are very helpful and kind. They will always have my business !”
9AM - 9PM
2259 Oneida St, Denver“Stopped by here to find a quick bottle of liquor for the holidays and they have a great selection, the store is small but has plenty of options! Has a great variety of red and white wines any type of liquor you could need.”
“Excellent selection of craft beer and wine, and they always have a helpful suggestion when I need one. They already have a customer reward program, which gets you discounts on alcohol. Support local business!”
“Family-owned liquor store in the middle of the neighborhood. The owner is amazing!! She is a sweet and caring lady who will do everything possible to help you out regardless of how long you have known her. Unfortunately, the parking is limited due to only having street parking. They do carry a small selection of soda, candy, chips, and other pastry items. You can get a 6 pack of canned soda for $3.75 (mix-n-match). They are kind of expensive when it comes to cigarettes and food items though (regular-size candy bars are $1.50 and Marlboro are $10.50). The hours seem to change depending on the day. Usually, they open no later than 2 p.m. and usually close around 6;30 to 7 p.m. (even on the weekends). I do not drink liquor, so I can't say anything about that price on that.. They do not have an ATM either. Every experience I have had here has left me feeling like I'm at home. She always keeps up with her customers and their lives. Definitely recommend stopping in and saying hi if you are in this part of town. :)”
“Best non-alcoholic beer selection in Denver. All the folks working here are extremely helpful and are willing to talk about NA selections, make suggestions and take feedback. For those looking for NA selection, this is the place to be. They have a full aisle dedicated to it as opposed to most stores that make it a begrudging afterthought. Also Rick Ellsworth needs a hug and a lesson in manners. And maybe that approval from his dad he has so desperately craved and never received as a child.”
10AM - 10PM
2035 S Broadway, Denver“When I entered Sobo Liquors for the first time yesterday, I was immediately greeted by their friendly team and then their owner, Mark. I was looking for a unique whiskey, one I had never tried. Mark asked me about the various whiskey’s I enjoy and turned me on to a bottle of limited edition Whistlepig Smokestock whiskey that is aged in Traeger wood fired barrels. Mark was very knowledgeable and further educated me about rye’s vs bourbons, plus the differences in other types of whiskeys too. After enjoying two glasses of this fine whiskey last night, I knew Mark had nailed it! If you are looking for a great liquor store that is owned and operated by one of our true local sport hero’s, who is extremely knowledgeable about his products, then stop and shop at Sobo Liquors.”
“These guys are awesome. Carefully curated selections of wine, spirits and beer. Great eye for smaller, independent and Colorado based producers. Cool vibe with a turntable and legit vinyl collection. Super knowledgeable and approachable.”
“This is my go-to neighborhood liquor store. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist. They offer a well-organized assortment of liquors and wines categorized by region. What I love most is that they stock my absolute favorite beer, Narragansett.”
“This place is actually super awesome. Whenever I need to buy a bottle of wine or liquor on my way to a friends house or a work meeting I go here. They are very knowledgeable about one and have a really awesome selection. I have never had a bottle of wine from here that didn’t wow me. It is a little on the pricey side but there are some great $16 bottles in there as well.”
