Eight months I've been waiting and nothing. They claimed phone issues. I went to their office. I gave up and went elsewhere. Worst customer service ever!

If I could rate them as zero stars, I would. Near impossible to get in touch with a live person; I called multiple times the day my order was faxed my provider. I would get put on an automatic hold for 10-15 minutes and then I would have to hang up and try again later. When I finally did get in touch with a person, I was lied to about when the order was received (I was on the phone with my provider when it was faxed, so I know that the order went thru to Lincare). There was serious lack of communication from that point on and Lincare blamed me for there not being enough information, refused to work with my provider to get the needed information (even though they said they had a care coordinator "working" on my order), and were quite frankly rude to me. They have had my order for well over a week now and it has not been processed. Seems like they are in the business of not doing business. Horrible company.

Lincare went above and beyond my expectations. I am getting ready for surgery and tried to get a CPAP beforehand. My doctor's office told me there was an 8 week wait for CPAP machines. When I called Lincare I was told they already had one for me - unbelieveable!Jack took the time to review everything with me in terms I can understand - even with a "smart CPAP". I dreaded using one of these things, but they were able to fit me with a mask I can live with and the new machines are so quiet.I've waited over five years to get a CPAP and now I'm wondering why. Thank you for taking great care of me and easing my mind a bit about having to sleep on my back for four months!

You can never get anyone on the phone at the Denver, CO location!! If you have to call, plan on waiting on hold for at least an hour. Customer service is terrible! I can’t wait to go elsewhere!!

Since moving to Colorado and using Lincare for the last 2 years its been nothing but a total mess. They are the absolute worst customer service and they have ZERO knowledge on supplies being ordered. My son is 15 and has been tube fed his whole life. We have never experienced such a unprofessional, untrained company before. You cannot even discuss the type of syringes being sent out that are the incorrect ones, they continue to say they dont know what differences are in any supplies, not even the difference between brands or a slip tip vs a enfit! Its a nightmare. And everytime for TWO years of montly supplies we never get what we need, something is always changed without our knowledge and then sent. When i try to provide reference numbers, etc for the correct items. They cant even look them up or find them. They are SO unprofessional and untrained. Ive even been lied to about AMT brand saying that the company is only distributing to hospitals now and not to anyone else. I called AMT directly and asked them, they laughed, and said that was absolutely not true. This company *lincare* needs to train their employees and do better. My sons life relies on these supplies to live.
