DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’m having big problem with your company. I talked to Don at main office and I got a appointment with a doctor on 6/5/24. Jason came out and got my C Pap downloaded. Still I’m not getting refill on my supply. It’s been more than 45 days. I’m upset and about to go to another company. I have never see anything like this situation and I’m very upset by your service.

Do NOT use this company for CPAP / sleep apnea treatment! I was referred to them and was strung along for months trying to get equipment. I called them over and over to get a CPAP machine. They repeatedly lied to me and wasted countless hours of my time instead of just doing their job and providing the equipment. Eventually I had to get everything transferred to another company (more time wasted). This company is filled with disrespectful liars who are simply incapable of handling simple requests.

Refills are done using a national call center. They texted me a link to re-order online. This was a nice change from having to speak to a representative. However, I needed to make a change to my normal refill which wasn't possible using the online system. I called the national number who said they couldn't make the change so connected me with the Denver office. I was on hold for more than ten minutes listening to music before Denver picked up. I explained what I needed; the Denver representative said she would transfer. She transferred me right back to the national office that had transferred me to Denver. When I talked to a second representative at the national office, I told her that I had placed an order online for everything except the one changed item. She then told me that even though the online system had confirmed my order, that it was broken; that nothing ordered online would be shipped. There was no record of the online order in her system.No apologies, a half hour's worth of call waiting, wasted time using an online system. Lincare needs to get their act together.

Similar to what the other comments are saying, getting ahold of their office is extremely difficult. It took me multiple days and a lot of time sitting on hold to finally get someone on the phone who could help me.

If you’re ever referred to this facility for a sleeping device, REMEMBER this name: “Juanita Rice”Specialty Equipment Technician.She spent 2 hours! with me starting with mask selection and sizing. She guided me (hands on) through EVERY detail on how to properly operate & consistently use & maintain my sleep device including the logistics support for accessories. All this with a professional & very cordial attitude.Reception staff were friendly & courteous.
