Definitely not recommend, for me and my sons hair cut was near 60 bucks and messed both of are hairs up. My son is one yours old ridiculous!!

Lily the owner has a horrible attitude all the time and is rude. She cut my sons hair one time and was manhandling him like he was a grown man because she was frustrated. While jerking my sons head to the side she hit my head with the clippers and never said sorry. I trusted Nina with my son more after that but she just recently left my son with a bad haircut after trying no more than 5 minutes. He had always been really good with haircuts but the one time he was not being completely still she gave up. Didn't try to give him a semi good haircut, just left him patchy with hair longer than other sides all over. She didn't even give him a second to calm down when she only had one person left for the day. Tried to have them fix his haircut and the OWNER Lily refused, again with her horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I stop by to get my dog cleaned up and this angry pregnant girl at the desk tells me there's a 15 min wait and they will text me when it's ready. I give them my number and 30 min later they text me saying it's ready. I show up 10 min after the text and she then tells me they're closing soon and Im screwed cause she doesn't wait after closing time. So I burned 40 min trying to get service done here and she basically gave me the middle finger. She was a rude little girl and obviously couldn't care less about the business she works at. I won't ever be bringing my dog here again.

The only person I trust my hair with. I always feels so much more confident and pretty after the haircut with her, she is that good! Thank you for being so awesome and friendly Lilly! Can't wait until my next haircut with you!

What a charming little shop! Friendly, helpful staff, great products, and dog friendly- yes!! We buy raw food for our four legged family members here. My dog loves visiting because he gets lots of attention, treats, and the owner always remembers his name. Although they don't carry the raw food out kitty eats, they are gracious enough to specially order it for us and to text me when it arrives. Their do it yourself dog baths are pretty great too. Once you have your pup all clipped in they give you a menu of soaps and scents for your special buddy. They also have all they can eat high value treats for during the bath- at the other places we've gone my pup has refused treats during the bath as a show of his displeasure, but these were apparently so delicious that he ate them all, displeasure be damned. He smelled so good when we got home that I couldn't resist giving him extra snuggles and cuddles on the floor just so I could smell him!

Love bringing our office pups here! They provide treats, different shampoos, face wash & eat wash for each pup. It's always nice grabbing a toy or bag of natural treats on our way out too. Our dogs would approve this message

This place is amazing! This is by far the best self-service dog wash I have ever brought my golden to and you get so much for a great price. They have everything you could ever need including brushes, a wide-variety of essential oil shampoos, ear cleaner, and freeze dried bison treats for your pup. Our pup stays secure and in place while bathing with the leash system. The water pressure and air pressure of the blow dryer were perfect and they even give you a happy hoodie to keep them calm while drying. Lynn and Anna were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. So excited to have discovered this location after just moving to Denver and will be making frequent trips!

I took my 47 pound Poodle, Lab, and German wire hair mix, Riley for a bath at Lily's. The store staff Aspen was kind and helpful with putting a grooming loop around my dogs neck to keep her in the tub. She gave me the run down of what was available since it was my first visit. They had complementary bison treats for Riley and provided shampoo/conditioner and face wash. They even had ear cleaner and cotton balls. I would recommend this to anyone who hates cleaning their whole bathroom after they bathe their dog. They take care of the mess and you get to leave with a clean dog! Win win situation!!

The owner was super friendly and shared helpful tips while using their self-serve tub service. It was clean and they had free treats to for my fur baby.
