Went to Meachelle Brazell for tax help she is amazing professional and very knowledgeable I have ALWAYS had a bad experience with Liberty tax corp stores they pass the buck and unwilling to resolve issues, when I referred 8 people to Meachelle she took care of them properly no IRS ISSUES. Not to mention the office was organized clean! She is the ONLY ONE I will ever let do my taxes again hope she’s there next season if not I will NEVER return to Liberty Tax

Liberty Tax prepared my taxes with an extensive error (more than once) that has caused me to owe many thousands of dollars in taxes and penalties to the IRS and the State of Colorado. I also only found the error when I received a letter from the IRS. The local office told me it was a "miscommunication" that they didn't give me my vouchers! Liberty Tax (the local office AND the corporate office) would not stand behind ALL the guarantees stated right on their website. As a matter of fact they spent months and months "investigating". And then they quoted IRS language from forms I didn't even use to justify not standing behind their guarantees. They don't stand behind their guarantees -- they blame the customer for their mistakes. The owners and employees are not CPAs. Don't be fooled by tax preparers who are not CPAs!! Save yourself the hassle and hire a CPA to do your taxes!

Caryn Q., Seaque Wealth Mgt, dba LibertyTax Svc, (with the help of Aaron B.) had done a wonderful job and had given the extra effort in preparing my past taxes (2016-2021); she will surely be missed!

Have always done my returns at a different location but this year I did them here in Denver and luckily I was able to file them with the district manager and the service was amazing per usual

I would say this was the WORST tax experience I've ever had. My wife and I had one W2 and two 1099 forms. The Colorado Blvd location is not set up to do taxes. It took someone that wasn't trained on their new system 4 hours, yes 4 hours to complete our taxes. We then went to pay and the store was not even set up to accept payment, so that had to be done through a different location, which of course took even more time to figure out. It used to be a Franchise location and now is back to being a Corporate location. They shouldn't have even accepted our appointment to get our taxes done if they are not setup to do so. Just absolutely terrible experience and wasted my whole day. Our taxes should've been free in my opinion and will definitely be looking at other options to do my taxes in the future.

My husband and I have been going to Liberty Tax for quite a few years. We will give them 5 Stars and then some. We are very please with them. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you next year again!!!

Unscrupulous business practices, Very dissatisfied with this business. Their advice on payment to the RS was not correct and ended up costing me quite a bit of money. They acknowledged their error to me but would not report as such to the IRS and would not reimburse me financially for their errors. Beware!
