If I could give a zero I would. Liberty Tax is a scam and absolutely not helpful or nice. Had an appointment scheduled at 11. Was never able to be seen due to the listing scheduling me for multiple shops and no one was helpful in figuring out who I was actually supposed to see. Definitely not giving someone my taxes if they can’t even keep their online forum organized. DONT DO IT!!

Me and my husband were scheduled to come in at 2 to do our taxes upon calling the store the lady that picked up was rude on the phone saying I don't have an appointment for you before asking my name when it was under my husband's name. If your rude before I get there I can only imagine what you'll be like when we get there for that reason we will not be going to our apartment at 2 and instead we are going back to Jackson Hewitt.

Before you ask Rosy I. Curiel to register your business/company please contact the Secretary of State, you're better off doing it yourself!! We reached out to Rosy in 2020 to register our business, paid a good amount of money, and she did, except with the owner's mispelled name, and listed herself with her address as partial owner. This has been a headache, 2 years later, I am writing to the IRS to remove her name from our company and thankfully I caught it right away so called The Secretary of State as soon as I realized the changes needed to be made. Be careful, be aware.

It was good up until I referred a Friend and the Lady who done Her taxes was really rude to Her because of Her race. I also never received My $50 for referring Her. I spoke with Michelle on several occasions in Person and on phone. In Person I got denied because of them not having the funds on the phone I got hung up on several times. This all happened over a month ago and I still haven't received anything.

My spouse and I went to this location to get our taxes done. The owner, Rosy Curiel, made several errors -- some of which we caught before filing, some of which we caught only after filing, which required us to submit corrections. We made several appointments to review and sign the final documents, but each time we went in, there was a new error, or the same error as before. Ms. Curiel repeatedly blamed the tax software for introducing bugs and/or "losing" her work. After about a dozen appointments (including one where Ms. Curiel stood us up, and one where Ms. Curiel double-booked us with another couple), we finally gave up and asked for our documents back so we could submit our own corrections. We asked for a refund, citing all the errors and the time waste, but Ms. Curiel refused.

Couldn't be happier with the services that Rosy and her team provide!! Rosy Curiel is a rock star, I've gone to her 3 years straight. Helped me find deductions I didn't even think existed, and they genuinely care about their customers. They make you feel like fam and do an amazing job!

The WORST experience I have ever had! This office is unbelieveabe. After 6 years of going to the office off 38th & wadsworth I was directed to go to this location worst mistake I ever made. First they prepare my taxes and feed me a line of garbage telling me ...youll recieve your 1300 in 24 to 48 hrs LIE#1 ...I got home looked over the charges and saw they charged me $580.00 to prepare the papers..how is it $580.00 when I also had a 30% off cupon????? Last year and every year before that I was charged $300.00 really so i contacted The so called OWNER " ROSEY" and I go back to the office make this apparent she was angry I asked her to adjust the amount. After this it got worse. Come 72hrs later I called in reguardes to my 1300 that i was supposed to get...NOTHING ..They tell me oh we dont know what happend. The next day after calling again they tell me I was Denied...How could this be ? 3 days go by I get a call from their Republic Bank stating they have been trying to get in contact with me to release my 1300 refund..they contacted them to let them know all they needed was to verify who I was I would have gotten it...humm..After again calling the owner I got a young punk kid by the name of CARLOS who then disrespected me over the phone and threatened me on behalf of ROSEY...THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE THE PEOPLE HERE ARE TRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS DO NOT IREPEAT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN
