My car was serviced and winterized last week at the Pearl Street Garage. It went very well. I was kept updated about what needed to be done and why including the need to replace the two front tires.. It was a very good experience and transaction and I will be going back. The Pearl Street staff members are good people to deal with.

I love recommending this place. I'm not the most knowledgeable on cars and my family lives out of state so I am very nervous about getting scammed or screwed over by mechanics. Pearl Street Garage is so reliable with really nice people, I'm so fortunate to be able to go here.

They are so kind and helpful. I really appreciated how Jason broke down everything that could be worked on and were very transparent with me on the diagnostics. He called me beforehand to go over it and gave me price breakdown so I was able to decide if I wanted them to go ahead or not.

I have serviced my 14 yr old car at Dealerships, national automotive chains, or other "neighborhood" garages but I never felt sure about the quality of work, honesty, and costs.

I’ve been bringing my car in for a few years. They have earned my trust! I feel safe driving my car after it's been worked on. I won't go anywhere else. To address the other reviews about prices, it’s because of the level of work that they produce and I am happy compensating them for the thoroughness that they provide. Also, love supporting a small and local business! Highly recommend.

It is disappointing to post this review. I am not sure how long I have been a customer here, but I went here when the garage was Leo's Automotive and then stayed on when the ownership changed. Over the years I have had great service here but the last two visits the work I requested simply did not get done. Not sure if it is a training issue or what occurred for this to happen.

Overall, I had a really great experience! The front desk workers were kind and informative, not to mention they are very quick at getting you what you need. They provided additional options to help me save money. The techs are equally as friendly, and the service was so fast. I will absolutely be back.

Highly recommend this shop. As a single woman I'm always hesitant on selecting a garage. These guys and gal are very knowledgeable and I felt as though they were being honest with me on my vehicles needs. They are a bit higher in price than other places I've been to but their professionalism and attention to detail is worth every penny. I will absolutey be returning!
