I always receive amazing service from Lee's nails! I've been going here for about five years now and won't stop unless we moved from Denver. They always get my hangnails out and scrub my bumps away off my legs too. I love you guys!

Horrible, just horrible. Not enough coats of paint my blue part is see through, horrible at shaping the polish on my nails left excess all on the sides, Acrylic under my actual nails and under the tip of the acrylic nail itself, did not get to wash my hands at all during this process I left with shavings all over and under my nails and now currently trying to get off the acrylic left under my pinky nail and on my thumb. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE ANOTHER PERSON CAME IN, IN THE MIDDLE OF ME GETTING MY NAILS DONE. never again.

I went here for sole convenience and that was my first problem, I normally read reviews but I had a damaged nail to the point I as was walking around with a finger brace to prevent further damage from constantly bumping into things. However I made a stop in the strip mall and was like hey why not I'm not familiar with any of the nail shop anyway because I'm not from here so let's give it a go and see if it's worth it. If so ill come back, had the wrong attitude about things today sadly. Anyhow requested my services 1) soak off of previous full set 2) overlay over natural nails 3) and a pedicure Simple right oh how not, I know the pedicure was $30 and soak off was $15 the overlay price was not listed however it should not have been more than $25-30 seeing how only 2 nails where broke and needed tips. She told me she charged me $30 for pedicure $60 for nails and $5 for removal. I would have rather paid the whole $15 then to pay $60 for the child's play a$$ overlay fullest. From the top 1. Pedicure was great thou I was concerned about the sanitation of equipment 2. While doing my soak off she was very aggressive while removing acrylic, even seem to be e agitated when they wouldn't come off to the point she asks am I trying to retain the length of my natural nails mind you I'm getting a overlay 3. After removing acrylic and using drill she didn't ask me to wash my hands to remove debris and also for proper care of damaged nail to prevent further damage or infection 4. She applied nail glue, primer, and acrylic to the damaged nail with properly caring for it or sealing it so wasn't products where applied it burned like hell 5. When she was applying acrylic I told her she was missing spots and she said oh that's cuz your hurting and I have to file it but I noticed it on more than one hand 6. She didn't ask me to clean my hands in between any filing and dusting 7. I told her I wanted sole black she decided to keep throwing ideas of color and design, if I told you what I want and I'm paying give me just that 8. One of my nails smeared from using regular polish she try to push it back into place that didn't work so instead of taking it off and reapplying it she slaps another layer of solid color then another layer of glitter making the nail look extra thick as sloppy then after she does that she applies the nail dry like why didn't you do that in the 1st place 9. Once done she ask me if I want lotion mind you my hands are filthy because she never asked me to watch them from beginning to end 10. Go to car start to examine nails and this is the outcome go back and and show her how the tips are not connected to my nails and she says oh we can fix that does a little more drilling then sticks nail glue in between my nail and the tips and says that should do it, more lotion.
