My wife and I met Lauren at an open house and we couldn’t be more thankful we did! Lauren was very easy to communicate with, always quick to respond, and found us the perfect home! She gave us the tools to narrow down our search and remembered every detail we had discussed at the consultation throughout the process. She was an excellent negotiator with the seller. We closed significantly under asking with a large credit back after the inspection!She had recommendations for each step of the process and made us feel like we could get any concern resolved with a phone call or text. We feel very fortunate we found the perfect realtor and we couldn’t be happier in our new home! We would highly recommend Lauren to anyone trying to buy or sell their home.

The problem was finally resolved. Amber did the best she could, there must have been communication problems. I think I was a little harsher than I should have, especially about Amber. It's just hard getting paid.

Ryan and his team are fantastic. We have now completed 3 transactions with him, 2 sales and 1 purchase, which have been quite successful. We live in our dream house and have maximized our sales with very little effort on our end. Ryan took care of just about everything even when we were on vacation. He moved us through inspection resolution on an 1800's home sale while my family was at the beach with only a couple of emails and a single call. It was excellent!

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ryan. Mornings, evenings, afternoons, or weekends - it really didn't matter. He was able to make a showing work or answer any questions we had at any time. He was always available and able to accommodate any requests we had. He was helpful in narrowing down our search criteria to a certain area and home style that my girlfriend and I could agree on. At no point did we feel pressured to make an offer on a home and if fact, he encouraged us to take our time. He explained everything very clearly and educated us about numerous features of a home and what to (and not to) be concerned about. His negotiation skills were not only exceptional, they were at times extremely impressive. He was able to get concessions from the seller that we had not even requested. We really felt like he was on our team 100% and really went to bat for us. To cap it all off, he agreed to help deliver an engagement ring to my now fiance at the closing. The experience was perfect and I really couldn't have asked for better representation in buying our first home. When the time comes to sell this home and/or buy another, I wouldn't consider using anyone else
