My wife (Mira Ferrara) and I just leased a 2024 Nissan Ariya Platinum+. Our salesman (Travis Smith) was the most amazing salesman we have ever worked with. Very very very knowledgeable in every aspect of the vehicle. He really needs to be in management with this kind of professionalism and knowledge. Also the sales mgr Noe, amazing as well, he was so personable, compared to any sales mgr we have ever worked with. Alpine Nissan has earned our business forever, what a great experience. Thank you, Mira and Eugene. This is my dealer for life, thank Travis Smith best sales person ever!!!!!

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Made an online enquiry over the weekend regarding a $50K second hand vehicle. Spoke with multiple people during the day and confirmed a 3pm appointment. Finance was already approved and I was ready to buy.
Came the dealer, met a sales person after waiting 10 mins, went to walk out the back to look for the vehicle, wasnt there. Come back inside and was told they have sold it to their sister dealership.
Just unprofessional. Why make appointments with prospective customers, send multiple texts and emails confirming that the vehicle is available and then screw around the customer when they get to your dealership.
I buy 30+ cars a year via our business. I will never deal with Alpine Nissan ever again and will be sure to tell everyone I can.

Wife took our 2014 Pathfinder in due to strange noise, that they couldn't find for a day. Next day diagnosed as tensioner belt and ordered parts. 3-hour job took two more days after parts came in with no communication and no call backs. When finally done, we were told back brakes that were replaced 8 months ago needed replacing, transmission fluid needed topped off, and needed brake fluid. Trans fluid can only be checked by taking out level plug and watching how much is pouring out at the correct temperature. So, if they checked it, why didn't they top it off? Their excuse was it's too complicated of a job, even though all they had to do was add more in the fill. Same with brake fluid; apparently too complex to add DOT 3 in highly technical reservoir. Hundreds of dollars and a week of rentals later, and with no fluids filled, noted the oil change was with expensive synthetic rather than the oil my wife requested. Worst service ever witnessed, and only explanation I could imagine is the typical, "she's a woman and doesn't know better" scam. We'll take our cars to Jiffy Lube for major repairs before ever returning to this con game.
Just posted and noticed somehow the 1 star rating had changed to a 3 star. Reposting with 1 star; would rate them less, but can't.
Second attempt at 1 star rating

Joe Cheng did a great job guiding me through the car buying process. I think I got a very good deal and the car is better than I expected. After the current lease ends I will come to Alpine Nissan again to find my next car.

Where do I start. The beginning. We bought a 2024 pathfinder 2 weeks ago. This is now the second time it has gone in for service. The first time, they couldn't diagnose it because their software wasn't up to date. We had to wait for them to update it. They "fixed it", I drove it for less than 2 miles, and the same exact thing happened. Bill (sales) and Noe (sales manager) have been wonderful. However, it is excuse after excuse as to why it is happening. Is this a dealership issue? I am not sure, but the level of customer service is dreadful. Goods news when it happens one more time, we can lemon law it. Please do not go to this dealership for service. If you buy a car from here, use Bill. He is an older man with genuine intentions.
****update**** well they finally fixed the vehicle. Mind you it was in the shop for a total of 2 weeks and 4 days. This is a brand new 18 mile vehicle. Service couldn't figure it out. I picked it up, with 3 miles, the same issue. Was told on a Friday that the part would be overnighted, and it would be here on Tuesday? How is that overnighting. On the sales side, the finance guy (cannot remember his name) sold us a package with words, then upon reading the fine print, we realized we were sold a package of lies. When I spoke with Aaron he said he would take care of it, well as the GM he too lied, as it wasn't taken care of. Our temp tags are expiring, and no info from the DMV, why? Because 3 weeks ago the DMV informed the dealership they used outdated forms. THIS IS WHAT YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS PEOPLE. Listen buy your car somewhere else, this dealership is disorganized at best, crooked and dishonest, at worst. They are "typical" salesmen...cheats and liars.

I had an appointment for over a week for service at Alpine Nissan. I got twice a day texts and every other day calls to remind me of my appointment. When i get there, they couldn’t find my appointment right away. Then they told me it would take a day before they could get to me. Pretty bad in my mind. It’s not like i had a lot of availability to have this done. They need to fix their service model.

Not a good experience at all. I requested to see a vehicle that offered pay what's on the window $49 down, $289/mo. First, you don't pay what's on the window, cause they said due to other fees, it would have been around $360, which would have been ok with what car I wanted. I went, asked for the vehicle, which 2 said they had it, so I test drove it, wanted it, they ran #'s, said I was approved but the vehicle was not the vehicle in the ad, it was 9k more and 693-713/mo for the same $49 down. All they had to do, was text saying it wasn't available before driving 19 miles to see it. I also asked for 3 other vehicles with the same type of offers just cause I know cars sell and those were also not there. I advise not to go with alpine, they do not live up to there advertisements.

The service team here absolutely do not care about you or your time, only taking your money. Schedule an oil change? Expect to wait 3-4 hours for a 15 minute job, even after you have made a service appointment. Dropped a 2023 Frontier Pro 4x off to see why some trailer lights were not working, we confirmed it's a truck issue not trailer. Had an appointment for 9AM Monday, didn't get any info until 5PM Tuesday when we walked into the service department only to find out they "looked at it" 8hrs earlier but couldn't be bothered to return a phone call the entire day. Bonus points: they said nothing is wrong with the truck and now NONE of my trailer lights work. Will not be back, absolute disgrace.

Travis G was so good to my wife and I when we wanted to change our Armada for an Ariya that my in-laws went in the following Monday and got one from him themselves. For years we brought our Armada here for service and we will keep coming back.

DO NOT TAKE UOU CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Took my 2016 Rogue in for a diagnostic test on 8/3. After becoming not getting an update as promised on 8/5, I left several messages for Jeremy, my service advisor. Today is 8/13 and I have yet to speak with him. After becoming a little bit of a squeaky wheel. On 8/8 I got a text that said they could not figure out what was wrong with my car and needed to do additional testing to identify where the issue was coming from. I left a message again today for Jeremy. No call back and all other calls went in answered. Finally called retail parts and they put me through to the parts and service manager Becky Hex. I don’t expect to hear from her because she also does not return calls as I left messages with her last week as well. The email they tell you to use does not respond either. Does that mean my car is not checked in?! The service department fails miserably as far as customer service. I will see if I can tow my car elsewhere if I cannot get a response from a live human by tomorrow morning. DO NOT TAKE YOUR NISSAN OR OTHER VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE!!! I feel like my car has been stolen!

I had an exceptional experience with Alpine Nissan. The customer service was top-notch, and the team was genuinely honest throughout the process. I worked with Erick, who was outstanding—he provided detailed information about the car, worked hard to secure the best deal, and was refreshingly non-pushy. Yousef, the sales manager, was also great, clearly explaining all the details and ensuring we felt confident in our decision. I highly recommend Alpine Nissan of Denver!

I recently leased a Nissan ARIYA EV and had the pleasure of working with Erick Torres and Yusuf. Both were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. Erick, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that I received everything I needed, showcasing exceptional service quality. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend working with Erick and Yusuf for your next vehicle.

I leased my first-ever vehicle from Alpine Nissan and was thoroughly impressed with the process. The service was friendly and quick throughout, and it took less than 2 hours to complete. Our sales representative, Travis Gordon, was especially delightful to work with and continues to ensure our experience is going well. The customer service has been wonderful and I would recommend Travis and Alpine Nissan to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Nice folks, but the deal was rushed and the car I ended up with doesn’t really fit my needs. The finance team didn’t fully file my paperwork the first time, and now I’m stuck with a late payment on my trade-in. I signed the paperwork over a month ago and they still haven’t sent my payoff. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because I should have fact checked the sales person when they told me that my Leaf had 205 miles of range when it actually has only 140, that’s partly my fault. Buying a car is never a fun process, but this has probably been my worst experience so far.
