I made my appointment with the Labcorp online site, walked in to the Labcorp office - it was packed! Check it out though, I was called in ahead of many within 12 minutes of checking in on the kiosk! Isaac s the phlebotomist to see. He is super precise and perfectly professional.

My experience at this labcorp was particularly bad during my last visit. I understand that all blood labs are understaffed and wait times have increased dramatically over the years. However, on my last visit the wait time was over two hours, and I wasn't alone. When I checked in, the young front desk assistant was rude and unhelpful. I did not have an appointment but I observed her incorrectly categorizing those with an appointment and causing extreme delays for everyone. At one point the (very nice and competent) phlebotomists had to help her manage the front desk while she happily and slowly ambled off on a lunch break while the room was filled with over 25 fasting, impatient, and even ill people. Even in this chaotic scene, the patrons were not taking out their frustrations on this young lady. We were all taking turns using the limited number of chairs and exchanging stories of how long we had been waiting. Some of us decided to give up on getting our blood drawn to allow others to take our place. When I approached the young disinterested assistant (after her leisurely lunch) about removing my name from the list, she handed me my paperwork in a sarcastic manner. I inquired as to how long it would have been before I would have had my turn - she unironically said “well, you WOULD have been next, but you are leaving.” I was flabbergasted she hadn’t offered that information to me before I tried to remove myself from the line. I polled the room of other exasperated people and they all encouraged me to stay and get my blood drawn. I had already missed two important work meetings so I asked to be added back to the line. The desk assistant reluctantly put my paperwork back I the queue (I think she sensed a mutiny if she didn't). When I finally saw a phlebotomist, he was very friendly and quick. Poor guy deserves better. Labcorp! Please get more staffing and fire that terrible young girl at your front desk. She is clearly not qualified for dealing with people, or really anything.

This place is like a Jerry Springer show( friggin nutty). Staff are yelling at eachother threating to walk out,not washing there hands before drawing blood . Takes over 2 hours of waiting even with an appointment .The check in process is also wacky , they have you check in on the express machine only to check you in again at the desk later on.

I didn’t have an appointment and arrived right at 7:30 on a Monday and got in within 15 minutes. Front desk was pleasant and so was my phlebotomist.

The staff here was so kind, patient, and helpful. Samie, Veronica, Gity, Frankie, and Christy all provided fantastic customer service. Gity was a great phlebotomist, I didn't even feel the needle. Would definitely come back for additional lab work if needed.

I’ve been to this Labcorp three times now, so I feel pretty confident in my take. Three stars is truly the best you can expect, simply because of how unreliable the experience is.
The first two times were great. I came in with appointments, no wait either time, and each staff member from check in to blood draw was great. My third experience here is painful. A woman in pale purple scrubs was arguing with a woman at the front desk which is goofy and awkward to witness.
Then nearly an hour late on an appointment with an additional 25 minute minimum estimate, I’ve had to run down to put more money on the meter twice. I’ve noticed at least three people give up and walk out.
On top of that, the space is absolutely crammed and super stuffy. They could really benefit from some kind of system that provides a list/estimate of where you’re at in line (I’ve seen this at the DMV). And an air purifier given how many people they have sitting in a tiny space.

There weren't any appointments available online so I walked in, they were super pleasant, said they could take me, and I was in and out of there in 20 mins., including the check in time (they have a kiosk that was very user friendly). My tech was great, super nice woman, didn't hurt me at all, fast and efficient.

Incompetent people work here and it's extremely frustrating. But hey, this is America and that's our health care system, right !

it’s crazy how different of an experience you can get just from which front desk lady you land at. First one sat back in her chair deeper and had no intention of helping me, telling me there’s nothing she can do. Second lady takes charge, knowing that she can easily help me get to a solution it may just take a phone call or a little digging for information on her end. Kindness and effort to do ur job goes a long way..

This lab facility is absolutely disgusting and I am surprised that the health department hasn't shut them down. Let me start by saying I am a licensed health care professional and just walking into the filthy, dirty, crowded and small crowded waiting room. There were about 15 people standing, sitting on the floor all coughing, blowing their noses and one gentleman snoring loudly as he slept in chair. You could see the frustration on people's faces . The crowd and filth made me feel like walked into a bus terminal in New Delhi. I had trouble with the self check in Kiosk so I had to step over to the disheveled reception desk for assistance where I was ignored for a few minutes while the clerk shuffled paperwork . Finally my presence got acknowledged without a greeting or a smile ( I understand, it does not look like a fun environment at all) complaining about making her get up and move her arthritic body, when she had to get up to help me with the Kiosk After finally get checked in and realizing that the 4 people that came after me and were able to use the kiosk we're going to be processed before me - the filthy environment filled with sick people I decided if I waited I would end up sick- it appeared that it was going to be a good 45-60 minute wait I decided I was not going to wait. I returned to my providers office in the same building and requested I have my lab work drawn somewhere else that I felt unsafe in the LabCorp office. My paperwork was reprocessed and I went to another lab faculty (Quest) and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was home when I received a text message from Labcorp 90 minutes later saying that my turn was coming up.

I took several tests on 11/20/23 and have been chasing down Labcorp for almost 2 weeks. They finally sent over my results via email, and have mixed up my physician information and somehow associated my results with a doctor in Texas that I have never heard of when I am based in Denver, Colorado. I now don't know if I need to get retested, or why my data and possibly results, were mixed up with someone else's. No one has answers.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I was in and out in 20 mins! I hadn’t gotten blood work in a few years and was super nervous around needles (I have passed out before). I mentioned this and the technician was so sweet and talked to me the whole time, and gave me the option to move to a lay down bed instead of a chair. I didn’t catch her name but she had pink and purple hair and was so kind!

I didn’t have an appointment but went in right at 1pm (after their break for lunch) and was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Great experience!
