My fiancé took her dress to a cleaner, who ended up spilling a chemical on it, resulting in staining all across the bottom of the dress. Only a few days away from our wedding, we were panicked and calling everywhere in town to see if the dress could be salvaged. Andre at La Nouvelle saved the day and completely reversed the damage that the other cleaner had done. We were so appreciative and will be life-long customers. Thank you, Andre!

I’ve been using this place for years after cycling through a number of various dry cleaners and these folks really come through. We have a very expensive and vast wardrobe of odd silk, cashmere, wool and various other clothing and this is the only place th that seems to understand what hand wash versus dry clean means and understands how to take care of unconventional garments like designer sports wear with incredibly unique cleaning instructions. Their stain removal is miraculous and they’re the only folks we trust with our $x,xxx per item garments. If you wear designer threads and want to make sure they last this is the ONLY game in town!

I am an Estate Manager, and have been taking care of fine homes for over 30 years. When I lived in Denver, I was fortunate enough to meet the nice people at La Nouvelle. Andre and his team are amazing. Now in Scottsdale Arizona I momentarily panicked when my boss's dog vomited on her Velvet and Lace Bedding. Then I remembered La Nouvelle. I sent it to them. Fedex- and they got to work on it the next day. It came back better than new! That stain and a few more that were set into the velvet were gone. I can't thank you guys enough. Yes, people will say they are expensive.But their expertise, experience and service are unmatched.

Went in to drop off my wife's blouse for dry cleaning. Very friendly staff, nice ambiance, conveniently located. Was quoted $34 to dry clean one shirt. No thanks.

My wedding dress was shipped in from a boutique in Chicago and had small black stains on the train of the dress. I was devastated to say the least, but Nouvelle Cleaners was able to remove the spots within minutes and my gown was beautiful! I will absolutely be going back for cleaning and preservation after the wedding. Could not recommend enough!

Outrageous pricing. Take your money elsewhere. I was quoted $750 to clean and press a wedding dress that even the customer service rep said was barely dirty. Took the dress to my neighborhood cleaners and paid $185.

La Nouvelle finally showed their true colors - unprofessional, arrogant, rude, unwilling to stand behind their service, poor care of expensive clothes, and even worse care for their loyal customers. We recently became faithful customers of La Nouvelle - using their services weekly for many very high end items. We thought we could trust them since they came highly recommended by Andrisen Morton. They discolored the collar on 3 men's dress shirts that cost about $600 each (see pics). This occurred over about 3 weeks. Two shirts were brand new and only worn once, and the third was also new but worn approximately 4 times. The first time it happened, we thought it was just a one off thing, and maybe it really was wear and tear. Then it happened two more times, both on brand new shirts that had only been worn once, so we know this wasn't wear and tear. So we pursued it this time and called the company. We stated our case and asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the shirts (even just one would have been nice). I honestly thought that this company would stand behind their service given the cost should something like this ever happen. The worst part is next. The manager actually blamed us for the shirt being damaged, and then she hung up on us!!! Completely unprofessional and rude and that has literally never happened before. I am just stunned. I would never recommend la nouvelle. I thought it would be great considering the price, but it's just like any other dry cleaner except worse. We are working on getting them pulled from andrisen morton magazine.

La Nouvelle came highly recommended by one of the top men's apparel stores not only in Denver but also nationwide. They sell top of the line designer clothes and make the effort to ensure that their products go through the appropriate cleaning process after sale. I started using La Nouvelle's services and was impressed by their very expensive fees not much the level of service. The garments came back often with stains which means that they don't do stain check despite charging 24-30$ per piece. Recently, the shirts started losing the color at the collar after their cleaning. I thought it was a wear and tear phenomenon. However, most recently I got a brand new Isaia shirt (worth 500$) cleaned there and it was completely damaged at the collar. I took the shirt and went to the facility to express my concerns but to my surprise they were unprofessional and dismissive. They were rude and claimed that they don't have a manager to resolve the issue at the time. Wendy their manager finally called me and promised to resolve the issue when she gets to the store. Few days later when I didn't hear back from them, I called Wendy. Her answer was that they did their best to fix the shirt but it's not their problem and it's the body oily secretions that caused it. Wow; that's the professional answer from a fine cleaner! She firmly stated that they will not replace the shirt and hung up the phone. La Nouvelle claim that they're fine cleaners but such example show that they provided very low-level service and unprofessional customer care. While I trusted them on a personal property, they damaged it and offered no restitution. Not only that, they were rude and unprofessional. With such negative experience, I would honestly caution against using their services especially for high end products. I filed a formal complaint against them and I hope that such business malpractices would be fought and stopped in our competitive capitalist market.
