You have to register 2 hours before your appointment otherwise they will not attend to you. Make sure the thermos has at least 3/4 of fuel. You fill the sheet only at the top, leave your papers and they will either call you. by phone Or they will pick you up from the bus so you can enter

3 hours late to get into the door, my trl was unloaded in a fairly quick time frame, but 5.5 hours to wait for bills. Looking at all the other reviews, seems they couldn't care less.

So far so good... I got here early but
1. You're only allowed to check in 2 hrs before appointment time.
2. Must have safety vest on to check in.
3. Must have 3/4 fuel level in reefer.
If you don't have 3/4 you will be turned away and ya better be back on time or it's your fault and your late.
All this just to get checked in.
Arrived @ 1200 for 1615 app. More to come.
Got a door @ 1635
Unloaded and told to move @ 1745
Paperwork in hand and out the gate @ 2120
For me.. not a bad place I've been to much worse.

Nobody cares how many hours you’re spending in the truck waiting for being unloaded despite having appointment scheduled…
Nobody cares for years. There’s no phone number to reach out, nothing! You’re just a peace of equipment to be yelled at….

This place is slow as f..k. 1 hour to get a door and 2 hours to get your paper after you get unload. Not friendly staff!

Large stage area so you can come in early, can only check in 2 hours before appointment time, they don’t want you to park after empty, and NO STREET PARKING. 5 hours to unload me after called to a door and capstone lumpers
