Car looks great, good job, but super upsetting that I am quoted a price and show up only to be told it was $100 over what was quoted. That is not OK! He should have asked first, so upsetting, I feel scammed. His work is good, but NOT a good way to do business! No approval, just assumed we would have an extra $100 lying around! I don't care how good the work is I will not use him again.Service: Auto detailing

I'm not joking when I say the entire car was scratched--even the windows. It looked like someone had buffed the car with sand. The damage was so bad, I really didn't think it was possible to fix. Thankfully, Paul proved me wrong.

Mike's work is amazing. His 30 plus years detailing experience transformed my 22-year-old truck. He defiantly has a passion for the work he does. He spends the time necessary to get the job done at a fair price. My expectations were exceeded.

Take your money somewhere else. Paid for the full detail inside and out, including smoke removal thingamagiggy machine. Yeah, that didn't work. Also the car was cleaned about as well as I could have cleaned it myself with a rag and windex. That's why I paid to have it DETAILED. I agree with the other review too, arrogant as all heck fire.... Klassic Image Auto Detailing did a great job detailing my vehicles. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the owner and his team was friendly, professional and arrived in a timely manner.

Overcharged by almost $100 than the originally quoted price for strictly an exterior detail because he "really took his time." This guys' arrogance was the only thing that made him stand out from other detailers in the area. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a business that cares about customer satisfaction.

Took my 1972 Chevelle in to be detailed by Michael and I,m the one that got detailed... What was I thinking? So many red flags. when someone tells you he's going to finesse the paint...red flag. when someone tells you he can't give you an estimate till he starts work on your car...red flag. If someone asks if I would take my car back there, I'm not going to say no...I'm going to say HELL NO!!!! I'm embarrassed that I let Michael take me for $600...What was I thinking???

Waste of time and money could've done a better job myself.. Took in my brand new car and was expecting it to look brand new when i picked it up but 7 hours later still wasn't done and had to remind him of the two things i took it in for juat to realize later he did a half assed job and the stain was still there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Michael's work is amazing and impeccable. Unfortunately, his customer service skills are below one star. I took my car there and all I can say is I really wish I had read the reviews before because everyone's experience with him was the same as mine. When I asked him if we could cap the cost of detailing the car at $300 he was very upset and then he was upset I didn't have hours to stand around and hear him talk and show me pictures of his work. It is the worst I've ever been treated as a customer in my entire adult life. You've been warned.

Here's my two cents. If you want to spend around $200 for a full detail, just head over to the octopus or waterworks carwash. And you'll get what you get; A thorough exterior wash ( Albeit with harsh chemicals that are undoubtedly breaking down your paint), A nice tire shine , and every surface of your interior wiped down with Armor All or Maguires or anything else that you can pick up at AutoZone yourself. They will hit every surface which is easy to do when your rag is leaving a trail of greasy gloss everywhere it goes, which by the way might be fine for most people. It has certainly been good enough for me for my last couple cars, And it is good enough for my wife's current Mini that she is leasing. But my current car is a little nicer and it has an upgraded Nappa leather package. BMWs Nappa leather is a smooth soft leather with a nice matte finish. I have never bought a car brand-new from the factory before and I wanted my leather to look that way forever. So I was more than a little heart broken the first time I had it detailed at my usual spot and found a greasy layer of gloss over all my surfaces. No car's leather, whether it's fake or not, looks that way brand-new, but we have all come to expect that look after a detail. I realized I was going to have to spend a little more money and find a better spot if I wanted my car to remain factory condition . I found Mike online and he certainly seemed to know what he was talking about with the leather. When I picked up my car I was very pleased to find that the leather conditioner that had been used did not leave any residue and my leather did look like it came from the factory. The exterior had a beautiful protectant that kept my car looking unbelievable and glossy for several weeks. My black trim around the window was starting to oxidize or something and he got it back to a perfect shiny black. My only real complaint was that yes, there was in fact a lot of dust in the vents and a couple other provinces . I had never spent that much money and I thought for over $400 it should be perfect. So four or five months later when I did another detail I took it to another place by my house. They were about the same cost and they talked a good game about the leather but sure enough when I picked it up it had that freaking residue all over. Any leather in a car made in the last 10-15 years comes with a protectant coating so you really don't need that. In short the other place was not 100% perfect and I did not like what they did to my leather . So I just took my car back to Mike a second time and that is where I will go from now on. I figured having to go over a few spots in my car with a vacuum at the gas station is a small price to pay for the detail he puts into the things that really matter, the car's paint on the exterior, and a leather on the inside . Both of which I would give a six star rating if possible . By the way, I am willing to bet that if you have an older car with older leather, he could make that look like new as well : )

Go somewhere else!! I am extremely upset and disappointed with klassic image. I was given unrealistic expectations and was INSANELY OVERCHARGED! Long story short, I spilled a gallon of interior house paint in the backseat of my car and obviously needed to clean it immediately. Michael was very kind and enthusiastic over the phone and told me he could clean my car that day. He told me a full car detail begins at $300 and that depending on the state of the car, goes up in price from there. I understood from the beginning that my car was a special circumstance due to the paint, and was bracing myself for a final price of around $400, which is EXTREMELY expensive for me to spend on my car. (I am not a car person and could honestly give two shits about how my car looks as long as it gets me there). When I dropped off my car, on Thursday, Michael looked at the damage and again enthusiastically said he could get stains out of anything! He spent 20 minutes showing me before and after photos of past jobs, while I politely tried to leave so I could go back to work. He said he would do his best on the paint and left it at that. When I called at the end of the day to check on its status, Michael told me it wasn't ready and that he needed another day to work on it. Fine. It was an ENTIRE gallon of green paint in a tan car. When I called the following day to check on the status, Michael said it wasn't done and he needed it another day. At NO POINT did he mention that the longer he had my car, which was very inconvenient for me, the more money it was costing me. I finally picked up the car on Sunday (4 days after dropping it off). My car had been cleaned, but no better than if I had done it myself. He hadn't touched up any of the exterior paint scratches like he said he would and I immediately noticed there was still green paint on the tire which he apparently had washed. When I looked in the backseat I was even more upset to find the carpet was still green, there was paint splotches on the leather seats and paint on the seat belts. I pointed these things out and Micheal started trying to clean them off as if he hadn't noticed them before. After about 15 minutes of some awkward back and forth of me pointing out paint splotches and him rubbing chemicals on them he finally snapped and said "if I haven't gotten them out they are stains and there is nothing that can be done." Fine. So he began to ring me up and said "okay, it's 650." I said, "excuse me? Six hundred and fifty dollars??" "Yes," he responded as if it were completely reasonable. "Hah, no. You said it was $300 when I dropped it off." Michael immediately snapped back with an aggressive and agitated tone telling me that was an estimate and that he told me it would be more. "Yes, you said it started at 300, and was more depending on the work needed to be done, but 650 is more than double what you told me. I was expecting it to be around 400." Michael and I then got in a legitimate screaming match, ending with me shoving my credit card at him and through sobs telling him to just charge me so I could leave. He then said "that's not fair, now you're going to leave me a bad review and tell everyone I ripped you off when I told you that every job is based on the amount of work it takes. It took me 4 hours to try and get that paint up! 4 HOURS!" To which I replied, "I've been here almost an hour and I also value my time. Please just charge my card so that I can leave." He ended up "giving me a discount" and charged me $525. What a sweet guy, right? In summary, I was told the job would be $300, I was charged $525, and all for a half assed job I could have done myself, after not having a car for 4 days. Oh and my car still REEKS of chemicals!!! I can't even drive it with the windows up because I feel like I'm getting high from the fumes. So yeah. My rec

This is actually my first time to review any business online. However, I feel like I need to in this case. Klassic Image is a must. Michael is a true professional. He does a great job, takes the time to explain what he did and why he did it, and he doesn't take any shortcuts. I barely recognized my truck when I got it back. I have another vehicle I plan on selling soon, and I can guarantee that I will be bringing it here before doing so.

I have a blue 2013 Ford Escape that the paint shows every mark. I dropped off my car and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. Super excited with the end result! Michael was courteous, professional and explained 'in detail' what had been done to accomplish such a fantastic result. Fair price, good workmanship and easy to work with. He is the real deal.
